We were welcomed by Mohammed who was absolutely the nicest man. The location is perfect. Breakfast is so good. Will be coming back 100%

Bad
I want to share my experience at this Riad because it has honestly been very disappointing, especially due to the behavior of the manager, who at no point acted in a professional or respectful manner towards the clients.
From the moment we arrived, the service was very poor. The manager greeted us in an unpleasant way, treating us as if we were animals and without the minimum respect that a client deserves when arriving at an accommodation. Instead of helping us and making us feel comfortable, his attitude was cold, arrogant, and rude.
Additionally, there was a very uncomfortable situation with the luggage. Although there was a room available on the ground floor, he decided to leave the client in a room upstairs, forcing her to carry all her luggage up, which was very uncomfortable and inconsiderate. The workers who carried the luggage had to make an unnecessary effort when there was a much easier and more comfortable option available.
Another very inappropriate situation was when the manager asked for the client's phone number, saying it was "in case something was missing" or if we needed help during the stay. However, that did not seem to be the true intention, because later he started sending messages at 1:00 AM, which was completely out of place, uncomfortable, and unprofessional. A hotel manager must respect the privacy and rest of the guests.
The breakfast was also very poor and disappointing. There was practically nothing: just a little olive oil and bread. For the price and the image that the accommodation tries to project, the breakfast was not up to par and was a great disappointment.
I also want to mention that the driver had to come to help bring down the luggage from the client's room and accompany it outside the hotel, because the organization and attention from the manager were very poor. It seems that the other workers are trying to fix the situations that he himself creates with his lack of professionalism.
It is true that the accommodation itself is not bad and the place may seem pleasant, but the experience depends a lot on human interaction, and in this case, the manager completely ruined our stay. He himself claims to work professionally, but honestly, his behavior demonstrates the complete opposite.
I do not recommend this place as long as it continues to have such disrespectful and unprofessional service towards clients.

Awful.
Terrible, the room smelled damp and we suspected it was uncleaned from previous guests. The bathroom still had garbage and hair, the sheets smelled of sweat and we found a used tissue next to the bed.
We didn’t leave because we only stayed one night and we were very late. The next morning our plane left very early and we could not have breakfast in the riab, twice the character who runs it offered to serve us breakfast before the usual time so that we could leave for breakfast. We got up 1 hour early so we could have breakfast and the guy didn't even show up, well yeah, he showed up 10 minutes before we left to tell us it was too early for breakfast and what a good trip. We left with a sense of teasing and brutal helplessness.

my stay in the weekend was amazing first the receptionist yeunes was very good the roms was very clean the view in the rooftop was beautiful and the location was closer to ocean 8minutes and the famous hotel continental 2 minutes
