1 star- horrible experience!
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless you like surprise evictions and total lack of hospitality. Book at your own risk!!
We booked a two-night stay, arrived, checked in, and everything seemed fine—until later that night when we were suddenly told we had to leave the next morning because the hotel was “fully booked.” Excuse me?!
Why even accept a two-night booking if you can't honor it? So, instead of enjoying our trip, we spent the next day scrambling to find a new place to stay. Absolutely zero professionalism, zero accountability!

Not recommended
I recently stayed at KC’s Restaurant and Home in Sauraha, Chitwan, and had a terrible experience. We booked a suite room (B103), expecting comfort, but the AC was not working in the peak summer heat. Despite multiple complaints, the staff was unresponsive and unhelpful. They neither fixed the issue nor offered any reasonable solution.
A suite room at this price should come with basic amenities functioning properly, but unfortunately, that was not the case. Definitely not worth the money if you’re expecting a comfortable stay. Would not recommend this place
