Highly recommended

Excellent service from staff. Very complete breakfast. All great. Great views. Perhaps the cabin a little narrow but not important comparable with the other excellences it has. Family atmosphere and welcoming. Very close to the center.

Bad

I don't know where all these positive reviews come from. I found the cabin very small and the walls were dirty. shower spray is minimal (little and varying water pressure). Everything is super noisy, you hear all the doors and footsteps. Breakfast is super simple, can and ready pancakes are bone dry. I

Ok but not good value for money.

Stay was ok but not really value for money. We stayed in room 11, very narrow room with small single beds. Bathroom was good with a nice hot shower. I didn’t sleep well as the doors kept banging with the wind. We did notice there was an external door left open all night so probably didn’t help with our port hole open. The external door open is bad security too. Not much point having a door code when someone can get in. There is a safe in the room but no instructions so we couldn’t use it. Only one plug high up on the wall with no shelf to put a phone etc to charge. Breakfast was basic but did the job. Pleasant staff when we arrived early to store and luggage and at breakfast. We enjoyed staying on a boat but wouldn’t return to this one at the same price.

To flee

First of all, it is a chain of boats and there are no staff on site except in the morning at breakfast.
The cabin is clean and simple, the bed is a wooden frame with a mattress of 10cm so not comfortable at all. The bathroom is small but functional. Towels, sheets and a hairdryer are provided. We were at the back of the boat (not to be avoided because): rooms 10 and 12 are not separated by a bathroom which makes it possible to overhear the conversations of people "undiscreet and not very understanding" (despite several requests to speak less loudly). The front rooms (from 1 to 6) are better insulated (according to travelers staying there).
Breakfast is industrial (ham and cheese in plastic trays, bread crumbs in sachets, margarine , white cheese and cereal) all served in dirty dishes. The staff does not communicate at all. We wanted to report the inconveniences encountered but there is no one.
The only positive thing was the location which is a 10 min walk from the central station.
Everything else is to RUN. The value for money is zero. Luckily the city is nice and the weather was nice otherwise we would have gone home after a night on the boat.
