Don't book here, substandard.

We paid almost € 200.00 per night for a chabby hotel room of 16m2. I can't believe this hotel has a 4 star rating. Past glory, old itch, dated and a very poor and substandard price/quality ratio. For this money, there are really much better hotels with more class and appearance. A sincere offender.

Very nice location, right in the city center

Small hotel, with sufficient room size for a few nights, breakfast didn't have a huge selection, but there was something of everything (various rolls, cheese, sausage, jam, muesli, eggs)
For us, the location was ideal. Located in the middle of downtown Bergen and yet very quiet. You can park for free until 10 a.m. tomorrow, after that the day ticket costs 9.50 euros and is valid for all possible surrounding streets, which is valid until 2 p.m. the next day. What was not so nice is the bathroom. Very small and unfortunately it smelled musty.

Nice hotel with a typical Dutch flair.

The hotel consists of various buildings that have been connected together. The budget room is really small; two large suitcases are a challenge. But everything is clean and the staff is friendly. Center of Bergen is within walking distance.
Parking is unfortunately problematic. There are only limited day tickets (€9.50) for certain public areas. When these are sold out, an additional €20 is incurred daily.
The breakfast buffet is sufficient.

Cosy welcoming hotel

It is a well located hotel with friendly staff and a cosy atmosphere. We had the budget room and it was fine. It was very hot 35 degrees and that room was on the ground floor out of the sun. Just what we wanted.
We have been there before and will definitely be back.
