Super delicious lunch
Everything nice and fresh and nicely made plates.
Super friendly staff who do their utmost.
It's worth repeating.
Highly recommended.

Bad
The pool was very disappointing. We were told to keep our children quiet, because it was supposedly “rest swimming”. This was not clearly indicated in advance and created an annoying atmosphere.
The man who sat there I said van der valk Eindhoven best is something else get an answer
Yeah, I bet we're not a family here, everything's different!!
In addition, there was a lot of noise from 08.00 in the morning due to work on the building. The hotel was very noisy, so we have hardly had rest.
My husband broke down during our stay. Because of this, we needed extra time and we also did not have a buggy for the children. Despite our situation, we still had to leave the room on time, while new guests could only check in from 3 pm. We expected more understanding and flexibility from the hotel.
The bathroom was also not in order. Both the shower drain and the sink did not run properly.
All in all, we are very disappointed with our stay and feel that the quality and service of the hotel did not meet expectations. Therefore, we hereby file an official complaint.
At 1/2 in the morning a super loud noise that the baby could not sleep!
& the most alert my bonus daughter came along to the kame
We were immediately called afterwards why we walked with 5 after upstairs and or something could not sleep over !!
Girl's been through a lot and comes into a hotel and gets this right away!
Really a damage will really make this public because this can not & then pay

Failed dinner
Boeuff stroganoff in soup plate which forced se fries to float in
French fries served without serving cutlery
Standard no greetings at the dish. Backordered and a poorly pan with piece of chicory where the bitter core was still in, two undercooked carrots and flabby bimmi, a sadly unsavory affair and that for € 4.75. As a cook and as a waiter, I would be ashamed to present such a thing.
No applesauce with cherry, very stupid one of Van der Valk's characteristics.
On the dessert menu was a lady blanche without ice cream....Turned out not to be ice cream but vanilla ice cream. No hot dark chocolate sauce but a lukewarm milk chocolate sauce, another big miss.
At checkout we mentioned the above and the staff was sorry to hear and that was it. They don't do anything with it, even stupid!!
