Go to a concert
Spend the night at Cessinas for a great price. Car parked in the lane (free). Room with a view of the courtyard. Shared kitchen with all amenities. Good bed, toilet and shower in the hallway. It can be a bit noisy due to the upstairs neighbors. You can reach the city center in just fifteen minutes' walk.

Worst host ever
My wife and mother-in-law visited the place and had possibly the worst experience of their lives. First of all, there is only one key for the main door that is shared between guests, so if someone takes it by accident there is no way to get in. The room was full of dust everywhere and the beds were narrow and not comfortable at all. The worst thing however is the host. The room was extremely cold (temperature controlled by the host) and he had left windows open and the radiator was closed from its valve he informed them after they were pleading with him for 2 hours. When they informed booking he began threatening them that he would remove them himself from the property and leave the place. But he did not cancel the reservation himself, instead saying he would return the money via bank ΑFTER they leave the room and constantly threatening two women with health issues and even closing the heat while they were still inside, simply to force them out. And many more things that can't be said in a simple review.

Enjoy with your neighbors for a low price
Room was close to a supermarket and restaurants, public transport within walking distance.
Didn't see the owner, but had friendly contact via WhatsApp. Beds were good.
The rooms were tidy but very noisy. We could enjoy every cough, sigh, movement, and more (...) from our neighbors.
In general terms the building seemed somewhat dilapidated; there was mold here and there on the walls, bleach stains (we hope) on the towels, rust on the drying rack, and therefore the extremely creaking floors and doors of the building.
That said, the price is more than fine, 32 euros per person in Groningen is decent.

Mooi huisje vlak bij het centrum
Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst bij het huisje. Attente eigenaar die gelijkvoor je klaar staat. Reageert snel op vragen of verzoeken. Parkeren voor de deur. Twee mooie kamers met eigen douche en toilet. In de kamers een eigen gaskachel en voldoende stoelen en een bank. In de keuken en douche centrale verwarming. Keuken voorzien van alle gemakken en volledige set keukenspullen. Verschillende bordspellen beschikbaar. Mooie tuin.
Zeer compleet ontbijt met verschillende soorten brood, beschuit, roggebrood, muesli en yoghurt. Ook ei om zelf je eitje te koken of bakken.
Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Huisje is op 10 minuten van het centrum.
