Great small hotel

This hotel is so nice.We liked everything. Hotel is run by lovely people.Rooms are small but cozy and location is great.Its reasonable price for a Rooms. We loved breakfast.Buffet is simple but really no one need more. Definetly good place to stay for a young couples.

Poor service

Room was pricey but fine. The TV didn't work, that was a shame.
We forgot pajamas, and they never came back.
First we had to pay €25, and then he was not found.
We don't go there anymore, and we don't recommend it to anyone.

Not a very nice hotel I’d go somewhere different.

Where do I start. This is not a nice hotel. I actually don’t have any positives except location it’s pretty central but that’s all it has going for it. The hotel stinks, cheap ikea furniture that looks second hand, the floor is more comfy than the bed, the stairs are like ladders, the roof leaks, hot water doesn’t work along with the heating so it’s really cold. The owners are not very nice people either. They are never there and talk down to there guests. They think coz it’s the only hotel in zierikzee they can do what they want but they can’t. There is a town called goes about a 15 minute drive away it has way more hotels that are actually nice with nice people who run them. I’d go there any day than go back here. Just burn the place down it’s all it’s worth.

Terrible hotel with terrible people who run it. During my stay the owners called me a racist and a sexist two things I am not. Also the owners don’t know me well enough to call me those names. Terrible hotel terrible owners would stay here if you payed me. Roof leaks hotel stinks. I’d go somewhere else if I was you x

Clean Hotel but very lacking for price paid.

Stayed here for 2 nights while on buisness.
My first couple of points must be the hotel is spottlessly clean with not a speck of dirt anywhere. Also it is postioned well just away from the town centre a short walk from all the resturants, cafes and bars.
Unfortuantly these are the only positives.
The rooms are small and functional but very very basic i.e no tea or coffee faclitlies avalaible. The furintiure is simple consisting of bed, chair, TV and tall book case but no wardrobe just a couple of hooks with hangers for you clothes.??? We had 3 rooms between us and there was not a plug in any of the sinks.
The stairs have been mentioned in other reviews for being steep and thin but this is well understated. It was more like walking up and down a step ladder. Luckly my room was on the first floor but going up and down just this single flight was hair rasing. I really do not think this would suit someone with small children as you would panic every time they went up and down the stairs.
The staff were pleasent when we arrived and left but this was the only time we saw anyone, there was never a soul to be seen, hence the poor service rating.
Breakfast was minimal, with a small selection of bread, meat and cheese. We had nice boiled eggs the first morining but the second day there was burnt scrambled egg in a shot glass. Truely awful.
I agree with another reviewer comparing this to being more like an hostel, but unfortuantly the high prices do not reflect the hostel type experience,.
