The Best guest house

Best guest house in MinaPin. Great location, great for those who are going to trek to Rakaposhi.
You can go without fear on the menu, very well prepared food. Fida, the owner, is attentive and very careful. The room is clean, tidy and well maintained.

superb hospitality...generous owner..delightful staff...

It is a nice starting point to trek to hopakun and rakaposhi base camp.
We spent 2 nights at hopakun meadows...fida's base camp. It was awesome having 360 breathtaking view at all time up there.
It was a wonderful place to watch trillion stars and milkywayas well.
The meadow and camp are clean and neat. Thick blanket, sleeping bags are plenty.
I am honored having Fida carried my belongings during the trek, cooked delicious meals..etc. hearing him pray at dawn is a bless.
Fida also prepared tasty chicken Gordon, fired vegetable as farewell lunch when we finished the trek.
Picking fresh apples in his orchard was fun. He offered a whole bag for our next trek to fairy meadows...very fresh, crispy apples.
All trashes are well kept and brought back down to the village...good waste management.
Thank you TKC Journeys for arranging Fida base camp for us and having Fida with us the whole trekking

First step to heaven

Highly recommended: first of all, has the best location for starting the Rakaposhi base camp trek, but what makes this place so special is the kindness and welcoming of the owner and the staff. Clean and spacious rooms complete the picture! Here you will also have authentic, genuine and delicious food! Don’t miss Manokur e basa!!!

Clean, basic, and economical accommodation. Great food, too!Great location for several treks.

Great basic, small, economical and clean hotel. Great local food and service! Great location to trek to Rakaposhi Basecamp - this hotel is literally the last building in the village before you begin your ascent - as well as a great place to start some other treks, A shorter and easier trek than to Rakaposhi BC is to take the tracks that switchback up the face above Minapin. You can do a loop starting on the track which goes behind the hotel, climbing high above the village (for some great views of the village) to pasture and orchards, and descend via another wider track. You can do variations of this trek depending on how much elevation gain you want or time you have. After trekking, I like to sit. drink tea and watch the village farming activities.
