Mi experiencia fue muy buena!
Para ser un hotel con precios corporativos, sus instalaciones son muy buenas, en comparación a otros hoteles de la misma categoría y precios. Tiene una excelente ubicación cerca de área bancarias, restaurantes, ferreterías, Autorepuesto, supermercados y hospitales. Tienen habitaciones de diferentes precios y distribuciones. Me he quedado en prácticamente todas sus habitaciones y todas son iguales, lo único que cambian es tamaño de la habitación y ventilación.
Todas están limpias, agua caliente, tv por cable, internet, tienen toalla de cuerpo, toalla de pies y mano, jabón, shampoo y acondicionador, si solicitas en la recepción te pueden regalar chancletas desechables, 2 mesitas de noche y un escritorio. Es un hotel que escucha mucho la opinión de sus clientes, y solucionan
Antes tenían aire que hacía ruido por la bomba y ahora ya lo cambiaron y eso es muy bueno un hotel que siempre quiere mejorar y brindar una mejor experiencia a sus clientes.
Durante pandemia han tomado las medidas necesarias en los pasillos tienen dispensadores de gel alcoholado
Y he presenciado cuando fumigan todas las habitaciones
Ver eso me hizo sentir muy segura!
Por el momento cierran la puerta principal del hotel a las 12mn por seguridad, pero se encuentra el personal 24/7 en el hotel y por Whatsaap están 24/7 “6300-2042”
Es un hotel sencillo, económico, limpio y acogedor.
Si eso es lo que buscas créeme que tú experiencia será excelente!

Todas están limpias, agua caliente, tv por cable, internet, tienen toalla de cuerpo, toalla de pies y mano, jabón, shampoo y acondicionador, si solicitas en la recepción te pueden regalar chancletas desechables, 2 mesitas de noche y un escritorio. LOUSY.
My experience at this hotel was totally disappointing. Before I stayed a price was agreed, but at checkout I was charged an extra person, even though one of the administrators at reception had previously confirmed to me that there was no problem with a second person coming in. The lack of seriousness and professionalism is evident: they say one thing and ultimately do another.

Restaurant at Hotel Esperanza
There is a restaurant next door to the hotel. Yes, it is part of the hotel, but seperate.
Recently, four of us we wanting a place to eat at. We we shopping next door at the Do It Center, so we decided to walk to this new restaurant and try it out.
We all ended up ordering the special of the day. Why all the same? Because it was spagetti with clams in a white sauce (and one spagetti with chicken, but it was the same special).
All four of us really enjoyed our meals. The spagetti was perfectly cooked and the clams were not over cooked.
I would have like more paramesan cheese for mine, but the dish was very good just the was it was prepared.
We were surprised it was not busier. However, we did arrive later then most people normally would for lunch. Hopefully, this place will be busier as it was a very enjoyable lucnh for all of us.

Restaurant food quality down
After being out of the country for several months I visited this restaurant again. The chicken wings were still good but the spaghetti dinner was almost unedible. The was very little meat and barely a red sauce. There was corn which I have never seen in spaghetti.

Pasable
La visita al hotel fue solo por motivo de pasar la noche en el lugar, ya que tenía un evento en la provincia.
Las camas son muy agradables, la atención de la persona que nos recibió fue buena.
Pero el aseo en el baño fue un poco bajo, ya que en la ducha se veía como sucio en las paredes al igual que en el inodoro. Por estar en un lugar del edificio donde pega fuerte la brisa las ventanas del balcón están en constante vibración y es incómodo para los que tenemos problema para conciliar el sueño.
El resto para ser un hotel sin tantas amenidades es justo por lo que pagas.
