Good hotel

Simple hotel but very good service. We help each other with everything we need. We managed to have a good communication with the girls who work there, even speaking Portuguese.

Upon arrival I was told my reservation was for 2 guest. I showed the property manager the reservation at Hotels.com showed it was for 4 guest. Despite that the manager demanded I paid extra. I called Hotels.com. They were helpless. The hotel suggested I cancel the reservation and look for another hotel. I was unable to cancel it. So, finally the hotel offers we stay if we paid extra. I was forced to agree or to lose the money I already paid and look for another hotel with 2 children. Next day the hotel wanted us to pay even more. I refused and paid previously agreed amount. I don’t know if the issue was hotels.com or the hotel’s, regardless, a customer should not be forced to pay extra or look for another property when the reservation clearly showed the reservation was for 4 guest. Hotels.com service was also very poor.

Very nice!

We stayed here 4 nights. The first night booked on the site, while the other 3 nights we booked with Anna, the owner. We went to machu picchu leaving our bags there, asking for the triple that cost less. Instead Anna left us the largest room with windows (the other did not have them) . the breakfast simple but good. a well furnished hotel ... seemed to sleep inside a large greenhouse ! the rooms all overlook the courtyard but never heard noise . all always available and courteous. then it '4 minutes from the square. highly recommend

Great hotel at a great price!

We had a wonderful stay. This hotel was beautifully decorated and located in the heart of Cusco.
The staff were attentive and warm and the breakfast was very tasty and prepared with care.
We would recommend this hotel for any traveller looking for a well located hotel with a warm and welcoming staff.

One of Cusco's finest hotels.

Ana and her staff were so accommodating. Her hotel is very beautiful inside. Each room is so clean and fresh.
I highly recommend this hotel to and individual or families.
If I every get back to Cusco, I will definitely stay here.
The made to order breakfast is delicious.
