Excellent attention from Lord Abraham always very friendly

Highlights the service and friendliness of the people who attend, breakfast is basic but tasty only advice serve more egg portion.
It is a clean place with hot water
In the rooms if you hear the noise of other guests

They're bent on ruining your experience.

A house pretending to be a Hotel, the rooms very deteriorated, old and uncomfortable furniture, the hot water did not work, the common areas had burnt bulbs and the breakfast was terrible, there was no countryside, it was not ready and the kitchen is not in sight, they are supposed to offer tea at the reception but there were and the rates were dirty, unfortunate that in a place as Beautiful as Cuzco such a neglected place ruins your stay.

5 out of 10 beds and food are very bad people are very friendly but hotel quality is not good

I did not like it because the beds are very hard, there is not much to eat breakfast only yogurt, puffed rice, papaya water and ham with cheese, the people are friendly but the place is not very good, it has laundry, there is also hand tea and coke tea are not so rich they lack a bit of flavor

The young girls are very inattentive

The first day we arrived they treated us well, then they were very inattentive, I asked the night boy for a heater and he refused to give it to me when they had already given it to me before, the breakfast girls were very inattentive, I asked them for something basic like hot milk and They didn't want to give me cold water, really basic things. The rooms are very good, hot water and bright.

Great place, depending on what room

The Location was good and close to town, and easy walk to all the restaurants.
This was the first of two times I stayed at the hotel, the first time, we had a really nice room, it was large and well refurbished and plenty of natural light. The second time we stayed, the room was not good, it was on the top floor where they may not have been refurbished. The bathrooms were good and showers had hot water
They gave us a sandwich and water for breakfast in replacement for breakfast. Uphill walk from town to hotel
There was a hair-ball left from the last guests in our bathtub.
The majority of tours leave very early, and their breakfast starts too late. I can't imagine a lot of people have breakfast because of this, even though breakfast came as part of the room rate. Instead we had sandwich and water because we asked for it, but something better could have been offered.
