The best option in all of ICA

Excellent hotel in ICA. If you like nature, horses, classical music, and a refreshing pool. This is the place!

I did not need that.

I had the room at the reception. Sleeping was out of the question. First, the music from the restaurant was way too loud, then you can really hear everything from the other rooms. Starting at 5 o'clock, the rooster crows. Additionally, there is a window above the door that brightens the room with outside lighting. The entire decor is a bit of an adjustment. The staff are very friendly and attentive. "Breakfast" is a disgrace. And it should not be advertised as breakfast.

Wir bedauern, dass die Naturgeräusche – wie beispielsweise der morgendliche Hahnenschrei – Ihre Ruhe gestört haben. Wie in unserer Beschreibung erwähnt, sind wir ein lebendiges Landhaus, in dem das Zusammenleben mit Pferden, Hunden und Vögeln zu unserer idyllischen Atmosphäre beiträgt. Wir verstehen vollkommen, dass der rustikale Stil und die ländliche Ruhe nicht jedem Reisenden zusagen, und das ist absolut in Ordnung. Wir haben Ihre Anmerkungen zur Beleuchtung und zum Frühstück zur Kenntnis genommen und hoffen, dass Sie bei Ihren zukünftigen Reisen nach Peru eine Unterkunft finden, die Ihren Wünschen entspricht. Happy at the stay

Everything was super cute! The best holiday I spent with the family and apart I had a lot of fun and was very comfortable

The staff was courteous and helpful but the water wasn’t really hot in the shower, there are no screens on the windows, there was loud music from the restaurant I had to request to be turned down, there were leaves and a dead bug in the shower. It was just a lot to pay for not what I would expect.

Overall good, but they charge more for the rooms.

When I arrived, I was assigned room 101. Visually, it was clean, but it had a terrible smell, like sewage. I immediately complained, but their solution was to move me to a more expensive room and give me an "upgrade." I paid more money for this other room, which was clean and didn't have any strange smells. Overall, the place is quiet and the best in Ica I think, and the room they gave me was clean, but it was more expensive than the price initially advertised.
