EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTING EXPERIENCE
We booked 5 rooms for 3 nights, and this was an absolute nightmare.
No hot water upon check-in, so we had to take cold showers at night. The next day, the shower water became dirty and muddy, and eventually, the hotel completely lost its water supply.
We repeatedly asked for assistance and a refund, but all we got was “sorry” with no actual solution. The manager did not even come out to address the angry guests. No alternative accommodation, no proper assistance, and no meaningful resolution.
At 12 midnight, we were forced to leave and book another hotel at our own expense. Imagine the hassle of relocating 5 rooms in the middle of the night, completely disrupting our itinerary.
Problems can happen in any hotel, but the lack of customer service, accountability, and management response was unacceptable.
Strongly NOT recommended. Save yourself the hassle and book somewhere else.

Poor WiFi
Pool in very bad condition needed major repairs and maintenance
Building work on going around pool and piles of broken bricks and rubble.
Poor plumbing in room .
Breakfast poor choice only 1 item
More to another hotel 10 times better quality . Before paying try to visit as they don’t refund if paying before.

We got 4 rooms, one of the toilets smelled of pee.

They do have a subpar wifi system it is the only problem I had with the hotel overall.
Great staff, willing to help and explain everything clearly in room massages were great put me and the wife to sleep.
If their wifi was better I would happily give 5/5. However the constant disconnecting and not being available and not being able to use the wifi based TV system they have, brings it to 4/5.
