Disappointing Resort Experience
The beach was also rocky, which made it less enjoyable. The only things we really liked were the room accommodations and the restaurant, The Sands. Overall, the resort feels overrated and the fees do not match the experience. Do not rely too much on vlog reviews. Our entire family regretted staying there.

Poor sanitation. Never again!!!

As parents and hosts, we understand how distressing and traumatic this must have been for your family, and we sincerely hope that your son is now feeling much better.
We appreciate your kind words about our resort and our team, and at the same time, we take your concerns regarding sanitation very seriously. Please be assured that cleanliness and guest safety are among our top priorities, and your feedback has been immediately shared with our management and sanitation teams for thorough review and corrective action.
With regard to the laboratory findings, we would like to respectfully clarify that amoebiasis is an infection that typically develops over a period of time and does not usually occur overnight. That said, we understand your concern and want to emphasize that we continuously monitor and maintain our water systems, pools, and common areas in accordance with health and safety standards. We will also conduct additional inspections to further reinforce our sanitation measures.
We deeply regret that this experience affected your family’s stay and left such a lasting impression. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve, and we remain committed to providing a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all our guests, especially families with children.
