Terrible. We checked out minutes after checking in.
When we entered the room, there was a very strong odor that smelled like a grease trap. The smell was overwhelming and made the room feel very unsanitary. We asked to be transferred to a different room, but they said they were fully booked and would ask management. (There were no people checked in any of the rooms because we can see all the rooms from outside. No one was there.)
When they finally moved us to the next-door room, we also noticed what appeared to be toxic mold in parts of the room, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and health.
Another issue was the location and surroundings. The hotel resort appeared to be in the middle of an open lot that did not feel secure or well-maintained. The overall environment did not give us confidence that the property was safe or properly managed.
Because of these issues, we decided it was best not to stay and checked out shortly after arriving.
We hope the management addresses these maintenance and sanitation concerns so future guests can have a better experience. We will definitely ask for a refund.
