Le Charme Suites, Subic Freeport Zone, Zambales

We had our Gender and Development (GAD) Planning and Budgeting Seminar last February 18-20, 2026 here at Le Charme Suites. At first, you would not think that it is a good hotel purely based on its outside appearance. But once you enter the hotel, you would notice the elegance of the hotel. Their rooms were spacious (as in big rooms) with good WiFi connection, big TV monitor, a table where I could squeeze in some work while resting and a very cozy toilet and bath. My room was strategically situated as it was near the restaurant. Food was very good and there were lots of choices. Of course, the staff were all friendly and are always ready to help.

Lights are too complicated not good for some seniors
No bar soap are available
I like the room very spacious
I like the hallway it’s wide, never seen that before
People are nice, they just forget to clean our room on our last day

The bathroom caulking was non-existent or moldy. The sheets didn't look clean. Their cappuccino machine kept stalling because it needed to be deep cleaned per the message appearing on machine. There was construction scheduled for the swimming pool for one month. Wasn't stated on website. One of the reason I chose the hotel was for the pool. Misleading pics. It was probably taken on day one of when the hotel was first opened because maintenance was subpar. The air-conditioner didn't work. Dingy. Old. Thank goodness I had Lysol/Clorox wipes to disinfect. Slept on top of the sheets. Wish I brought my own.

Comfortable and clean bed. Spacious room. Nice breakfast buffet. Staff are nice.

The hotel is a bit dated. And the rooms could use a renovation already. Rooms are large and spacious, clean. Staff friendly. Breakfast is a small Buffett and was fine. We had a lot of trouble with our room keycards that kept getting deactivated.
