Bad experience

We booked this hotel in October 2025 for today for 3 nights for 2 rooms, Had email to ask if I would like to cancel but declined, had numerous messages about what time we would arrive, when arrived was told there was no room for us as a wedding had been booked in, they offered no solutions until we insisted on them resolving the issue, we were shown to another hotel which was awful and they just shrugged their shoulders, we eventually found another hotel which was twice the price and not as nice so beware as they don’t care and will just double book for more money

Tyche Boutique Hotel is like a real scam, never book at that hotel as he does not honor your reservations when arriving.

The worse place and awful management who does NOT respond to any messages via your booking rep. or even regular e-mails linked to this hotel; he TRULY does NOT care at all and on top, my reservations of 9 days was not respected at all even if I booked on line months ago, it's almost like a scam business. In that case arriving at 3:30 AM in Delhi with a taxi that brought me to the hotel, he refused to admit me to his establishment and told me to look for another hotel in the middle of the night. :( He never made any attempt to contact me to even let me know ahead f time that he would not recognized my reservations. Now, I just have to check with VISA as he had all my credit card INFO and he better NOT have charged me anything. What a deception, in all my years of travel, over 50; I have never felt left alone like this! :(

Nice hotel, good value, affordable path - be flexible and enjoy.

This is a very pleasant affordable hotel in a good neighborhood for local shopping. I was able to hire taxi guides to take me around as a single older woman - an escort to make me feel more safe especially when I first arrived from the US. Comfortable and clean. My best suggestion is to put morning yogurt on ice. Rohit, the manager is very welcoming and helpful with good connections and English. It is a good middle path between a hostel and a $150-$200 hotel- a little quirky but very nice. Staff was eager to help and friendly.
