actually i didnt expect much with thia hotel but its actually exceeded my expectation. dining area are clean and most of all the staff. im was working in other hotels in manila but they are not consistent in greeting guest, but here? woooww the mabuhay gesture is very alive. staff here are very well trained to interact with the guest. to the one who check me in her name is Shiela is exceptional also the cleaners who keeping my room tidy kudos to you Mark.

Its our 3rd time staying at Privato Makati. Magalang ang mga staff. Security, housekeeping, frontdesk. Thank you for your excellent services from security and housekeeping,basta lahat sila na naka duty last May 17-19,2026. Special thank also to mark and zild na nag install ng device sa tv ng room namin kaya nakapag youtube na si baby. Kay kuya na nag housekeeping di ko na nakuha ang name at yung iba pang security na magagalang at laging nagbubukas ng gate sa parking including Palce and the other 2. As well as kay Daryl na nag assist sa luggage namin nung checkout and the 2 boys during checkin di ko na nakuha name nila. It is a quite place as well di rinig gaano ang noise from the outside. We love the size of the bed perfect for family of 3 yung executive king room nila. Can fit 4pax as well very comfortable din. Parking is so spacious and safe. Very affordable with pool pa. Little bit off lang sa pool nila during our stay, water is not clean na di pa ata nalinis but from our previous stay okay nman ang pool ngayon lang namin naencounter na madumi na yung tubig masiado better meron silang water filter para kahit di palitan malinis pa din..

i feel like compared to other branch ive been makati offer the least but the service and quality of food is great! aesthetic wise i guess it feels like 2012 and the ameneties offer are small in space

more room for improvements
overall, it was okay, i wish the pool was overlooking, it was nice bec its in the rooftop but there is a cement wall blocking the view that gave a cramped feeling. i also hope the room style should be updated or modernized, like the curtains, aircon and the tv (it was so small). hotels should feel like a stay to which you would like to stay longer, so i hope it improves more of the design and amenities. thank you
