Simple Birthday Weekend Celebration
So grateful for the best customer service experience at Ace Hotel and Suites in Pasig. Everything was great and staff were all helpful and pleasant. Special mention to Jeni from Guest Services for the top-notch service, esp when I was trying to locate my booking confirmation from Klook! Keep up the great work and more power! God bless!

Perfect Family Stay
We had an excellent stay at Ace Hotel and Suites with our family! From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel so welcome. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable for all of us.

Satisfaction
I just wanted to share how much I enjoyed my stay. From the moment we arrived, Luci and IC at the Front Desk made us feel genuinely welcome. They were very approachable, friendly, and always ready to help whenever we had questions. Their positive attitude really made a difference and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay.
I would also like to thank Vie from Sky High Bar. Vie was very attentive and took the time to recommend drinks for us based on what we liked. The suggestions were great, and it made our experience at the bar even more enjoyable. It felt like we were being taken care of by a friend rather than just being served.

Yummy
Check in was a breeze. Food served at our team building activities were good. Breakfast was even better. Eggs done right. Nice spread. Veggies, fruits, cheese, spam bacon with coffee or hot choco. Lemonade . Staff were attentive to our request.
