Everything perfect

We are really satisfied. Friendly and welcoming staff, clean location, rooms everything perfect, outside a garden with deck chairs for afternoon relaxation, rich and good breakfast (nothing was missing). Council to all for any visits to the historic places of the country.

Slightly disappointing however the bathroom was very nice and the shower was spacious

The apartment hallway had a drain smell.
There was no option to watch an English channel.
The beds were very uncomfortable.
I only had one interaction with the staff, and that was to make sure I did not leave without paying. I chose this place due to superb reviews , however I am unable to give such a review

Pleasant one night stay

We arrived earlier than the check in time so we have to wait around 15 minutes but it were our fault because we forgot to mention them we will arrive earlier. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. The rooms are cute and cozy, our room was a bit smaller than we expected but for 1 night it was perfect. The bed was comfortable but a bit small, my boyfriend almost fall off when we were sleeping. In the rooms there is airconditioner for heating, because we arrived earlier it wasn't on but we turned it on and when we arrived back from the city it was really warm and worked well all night. We ordered breakfast for the next morning and it was quite well also.
All in all it was a pleasant one night stay.
I could recommend it for everybody to stay a couple of night here when you travel around Oswiecim.

Great accommodation, location and staff

The property is brand new and all the facilities are excellent. It is located within an easy 5 minute walk to the old city square (rynek) and also an 8 min drive to Auschwitz 1 if you are visiting. The room was very clean and well equipped with a fridge. The bathroom was very clean and had great shower. Bed was large and very comfortable. Included in the room is a kitchenette where you could cook a simple meal if required. We chose the breakfast option and were not disappointed - the selection was huge and included a hot and cold Polish breakfast along with yoghurt, fresh fruit and cereals. Free parking on premises. Highly recommended.

Super

Hotel przytulny, zadbany, czysty. Śniadania formie bufetu szwedzkiego (pyszne). Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Miejsce ma swój urok i na pewno tu wrócimy.
