Pełne zadowolenie
Obsługa uprzejma, uczciwa i rzetelna.
Wyposażenie kuchni kompletne - piekarnik, lodówka z zamrażalką, czteropalnikowa płyta grzewcza, ekspres, czajnik, zmywarka (z zapasami tabletek).
Przestrzenie są czyste, dobrze przemyślane i doskonale zagospodarowane. Łóżka wygodne, materace czyste.
System rolet działa bez zarzutu, można się dzięki nim poczuć bezpiecznie.
Łazienka schludna, przystosowana dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami. Powitały nas reczniki, mydełko, szampon i płyn do kąpieli.
Okolica cicha i spokojna.
Wyposażenie kuchni kompletne - piekarnik, lodówka z zamrażalką, czteropalnikowa płyta grzewcza, ekspres, czajnik, zmywarka (z zapasami tabletek).
Przestrzenie są czyste, dobrze przemyślane i doskonale zagospodarowane. Łóżka wygodne, materace czyste.
System rolet działa bez zarzutu, można się dzięki nim poczuć bezpiecznie.
Łazienka schludna, przystosowana dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami. Powitały nas reczniki, mydełko, szampon i płyn do kąpieli.
Okolica cicha i spokojna.

Expensive and loud (teuer und laut) it is not worth it.
We stayed in a family suite with separate bedroom in June 2016.
It is close to the beach but the entrance is with high stairs so if you have a pram it is a problem.
Rooms are comfortable equipped. Yet there is no microwave.
The rooms are cleaned every two days with towels being changed.
You can pay only with the cash. You have to pay deposit 500 zloty at the beginning of the stay and you have to pay for all the stay at the first day.
Reception is in different location of the village so to get the key, check-in or talk with anyone decisive you need to drive there - there is no information on the building regarding directions to the reception.
It is very loud due to two things:
- there is construction work next to the building starting from 6 am to 6 pm
- hotel site is very small and it borders other apartments and holiday cottages so we were surrounded by families with children and dogs. If you want to sit on the balcony and have quiet evening it is just impossible.
Even it is in the forest (like all Pobierowo) the view is on other buildings next to the hotel.
Parking is free but it is too small for all guests` cars so some of them where parked on the backyard on the grass next to the balcony.
There is free vi-fi. However it is not working very well, some days we had problems with playing movies on YouTube. TV includes few channels.
We did not like the service at the reception at all. My friend got the discount because of the noise after a big quarrel. We did not get it as the owner decided that we were located too far from construction works - the difference was max 10 meters.
It is uncomfortable when before check - out and get our deposit the staff is counting knifes, forks, plates etc. It is first time when we check-in and have to sign receipt protocol including lamps and vases.
You have to pay extra for second child regardless the age 60 zloty per day and for child`s bed additionally 20 zloty per day. And is is not calculated in total amount when you booking by booking.com so add it by yourself.
Generally we did not like the place. The rooms are nice but the noise and service level spoil it all. Additionality after adding all costs for our family ( 2 adults, 2 children age 2 and 6) it is just too expensive for the quality that you get.

Wypoczynek na dobrym poziomie.
Villa Sosnowa jest zlokalizowana w Pobierowie, w miejscowości, do której wracamy z przyjemnością od wielu, wielu lat. Na mapie miasteczka obiekt jest ulokowany w bardzo dogodnej z naszego punktu widzenia lokalizacji - w spokojniejszej okolicy, jednakże blisko centrum miejscowości, a co najważniejsze dla nas bardzo blisko plaży i wspaniałych lasów sosnowych.
Przy obiekcie jest ogólnodostępny dla Wczasowiczów darmowy parking dla samochodów, istnieje możliwość zaparkowania pojazdu również na terenie drugiego obiektu tego samego Właściciela - w obiekcie Wy&Spa za opłatą 25 zł doba ( parking jest zamknięty, monitorowany ).
Podczas naszego pobytu mieszkaliśmy w apartamencie z osobną sypialnią. Na naszą trójkę pokój był wystarczająco duży, estetycznie i komfortowo urządzony. W przeszłości w nadmorskich miejscowościach zdarzało nam się mieszkać w obiektach, w których nie było wystarczającej liczby szafek, aby się rozpakować - tu tego problemu nie doświadczyliśmy. W apartamencie jest w pełni wyposażony aneks kuchenny - posiada m.in. lodóweczkę, 4.ro palnikową płytę elektryczną, piekarnik, zmywarkę i przyzwoity blat do prac kuchennych. W mojej osobistej opinii, dla naszej rodziny z dzieckiem na specjalistycznej diecie, niczego nam nie brakowało w wyposażeniu.
Do pokoju przynależał balkon z widokiem na ogród i sąsiednie obiekty. Miło można na nim odpocząć nawet w 3 osoby. W oknach obiektu zainstalowane są żaluzje antywłamaniowe, które umożliwiają bezproblemowe dawkowanie ilości światła wieczorami i rankami. Pokój sprzątany jest raz na dwa dni, następuje przy tym wymiana ręczników. Większych potrzeb z zakresu czystości nie mieliśmy.
Obsługa Obiektu - zarówno w kwestiach administracyjnych, które odbywają się w Obiekcie Wy&Spa ( ledwo kilkaset metrów od Villi Sosnowej ), jak także w kwestiach związanych z utrzymaniem czystości, była bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna.
Przy obiekcie jest ogólnodostępny dla Wczasowiczów darmowy parking dla samochodów, istnieje możliwość zaparkowania pojazdu również na terenie drugiego obiektu tego samego Właściciela - w obiekcie Wy&Spa za opłatą 25 zł doba ( parking jest zamknięty, monitorowany ).

Sehr gut, sehr sauber, gute Lage - (noch) nicht ganz Vollkommen
Die Villa Sosnova ist ein neu gebautes Haus mit 11 Appartements/Ferienwohnungen am Rand von Pobierowo. Es ist schönes modernes Haus in sehr schöner Lage. Das Haus wird vom Hotel Wy&Spa verwaltet und betreut. In wie weit dort die geschäftliche Verflechtung läuft weiß ich nicht aber man bezahlt im Wy&Spa und kann auch dort Früchstück bekommen. Das man die Anzahlung in PLN und nicht in Euro tätigen musste, sodaß man für die Überweisung schon eine ordentliche Gebühr zahlt, fand ich nicht so toll. Aber das wird sich ja sicher bald ändern.
Wir hatten das Appartement 11 das ganz oben wie eine Penthousewohnung thront. Mit drei Zimmern, voll eingerichteter Küche und schöner großer Terasse. Auch die anderen Wohnungen haben alle Balkon oder Terasse. Die Schlafzimmer waren groß genug, das Wohnzimmer mit der offener Küche ist sehr geräumig. Sehr schön - alle Zimmer haben elekrische Rollos. Die Küche war gut und ausreichend ausgestattet. Es waren zwei, allerdings sehr einfache Töpfe, ansonsten alles sechs mal vorhanden Gläser, Tassen, Untertassen, Messer usw. Es gibt Herd, Ofen, Kühlschrank und sogar einen Geschirrspüler. Hier sogar Bosch Markengeräte. Leider gibt es für vier Personen nur einen etwas zu kleinen Tisch und man muss sich noch einen Stuhl aus einem Schlafzimmer dazu holen, wenn man sich selbst versorgt und in der Wohnung essen will. Auch gibt es auf der Terasse nur zwei Liegen. Schränke und Schubfächer um die Sachen zu verstauen gibt es genug um auch mal zwei Wochen Urlaub zu machen ohne aus dem Koffer zu leben. Nur im Bad, das nicht riesig aber angenehm groß ist sind zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten. Es gibt nur einen Handtuchhaken und der Handtuchheizkörper hängt recht hoch, sodass dort nicht jeder bis oben herankommt um dort die Handtücher zu deponieren.
Pobierowo ist ein touristsich sehr aufstrebender Ort mit entsprechenden Bauaktivitäten. Wir hatten dadurch etwas Pech mit Baulärm, weil mit Nachdruck daran gearbeitet wurde, die Objekte in der Nähe zum Saisonbeginn fertig zu bekommen. Ich will das jetzt nicht negativ bewerten, war das sicher nur temporär. Man ist uns hier auch fair entgegen gekommen. Auch wird vor Beginn der Saison überall im Ort gebaut, gemalert und geputzt. Sprich es gab schon eine gewisse Geräuchkulisse. Zum Saisonbeginn wird das alles kein Thema mehr sein. Alles in allem war es sehr schön und erholsam . Man kann wandern, Radtouren oder zum Strand (etwa fünf Minuten zu Fuß). Das Frühstück im Wy&Spa war sehr gut. Alles was man braucht war da. Ok ich mag gern Kuchen, da könnte mehr Abwechselung sein aber ich will nicht klagen. Es war ausreichend da.
Die Leute ob an der Rezeption oder die Servicekräfte beim Frühstück waren alle überaus freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Es war alles sehr sauber und wurde regelmäßig geputzt. Hier möchte ich trotz der kleineren oben genannten Dinge in jedem Fall eine klare Empfehlung aussprechen und würde hier gern noch mal wieder kommen.
