Great hotel

Nice hotel near Warsaw and Modlin airport. The rooms are big, comfortable. Breakfast is great! The staff is polite. Price-quality

The owners do not care at all

This hotel is owned and operated by seemingly miserable and depressed people who do not care about anything. I have lived in Poland for 4 years, I have travelled all over the world, and this was one of the worst places I have ever stayed.
How can you take a table cloth and put it on a guests bed?
How can you not afford to buy a sheet that fits the bed?
The sheet did not fit the bed, secondly the mattress that was left exposed was absolutely disgusting, stained, old, and not even fit for a dog.

Unprofessional reception staff

The reception staff, Valeria, unfortunately demonstrated unprofessional and unpolite behavior. Chatting on the phone in Russian, she rejected to talk to us in this language, and looks like completely forgot all greeting and appreciation phrases in Polish as well.

Reasonably priced place to stay at

Hotelik Amber offers a good value for the price. The rooms are clean and include all the basic stuff you need. The staff was friendly and easy to communicate with. The breakfast is spectacular with a wide variety of things to choose from. Only downside I can think of, is the sound proofing. The doors have a gap and you can hear noises from the lobby to your rooms.

Only bother if you have a car or little funds

Firstly it should be noted that this hotel is far from the city centre , so unless you have a car don't bother. Secondly it was full most nights of a bunch of polish workers getting drunk (probably just our poor timing) so if you're needing a quiet sleep might try elsewhere. Apart from that the staff were great and so was the breakfast. Rooms weren't great thou.
