never again
not a 4 star ... I recommend this hotel.
buffets are almost always identical and tasteless. Especially since at the beginning we have to choose a time slot to go to the restaurant, as if during my holidays I should not forget to set the alarm so as not to miss my slot.
mini bar not included, gym not included, indoor pool not included, poolside bar not included. I've never seen that in an all-inclusive.
The "beach" with a bar 2 km away with just salty popcorn (when he doesn't forget the salt ) as we please.
Anyway, I'm not going back and I'm not advising.

Bad experience!!
How much did I pay for 6 nights-7 days? 8600 lei.
What services did they offer? The food diversity leaves something to be desired.
The dishes are repeated + for dessert the same cakes are used several days in a row - e.g. a cake received on Tuesday, I received it hard/dry on Thursday.
!!! Kids corner with very few options. If you are craving a peanut, chips or pretzels - you have to go to Doi Pasi to buy them - you won't find anything like that at this resort.
There is also a problem with the food label - e.g. one morning the label said pressed chicken ham and in fact it was turkey ham. The bathroom smells very bad from the sewage + you had to wait for the water to heat up for 5-10 minutes + the electricity was out almost all the time. Internet in the villas = 0. !!
We were told by people who were staying there for 2 days that they were checked in at 5 am. (Not as it appears on the website at 4 pm)
The resort looks execrable and the resort beach leaves much to be desired - miserable and broken sunbeds.
In conclusion, for what it offers - it was not worth the money and it is a joke. The resort looks ok, but it is not 4 stars.

Poor hotel
Poor food, same food at breakfast every single day, poor cleaning and dirty pools. The pools were not vacuumed during our stay. Dirty pool bathrooms with broken sink.
Limited parking spots into the hotel parking lot.
Not a 4 star hotel at all.

Short stay on the Black Sea Riviera
The hotel is located about 750m from the beach ️, there you will find sunbeds, a bar and a shower
Getting a sunbed ⛱️ near the pool can be difficult, as many are reserved early in the morning
The restaurant gets very crowded during peak hours, which can affect the dining experience
Cleanliness in common areas is generally acceptable but would benefit from more frequent upkeep throughout the day
Overall, a pleasant short-term stay, but there’s some room for improvement in comfort and service

They are not a 4 star resort
A terrible experience and I would not even give them one star.
This is not a resort at all
No luggage service
No iron in the room
No room service
No parking for wheel chair as they were given to people who gave them good tips I guess, as even I left my number at the reception no one ever called me to provide a parking, but I saw that some other cars with no wheel chair stickers were parked the next day, so you can guess why !!
We were in a 2 bedroom villa but out side was mostly crowded by the guest from the main building, which I think it's not fair at all, our swimming pool was always packed with people leaving their towels on the shezlong and reserving it for the entire day!! While they go eat and take a nap.
The staff is not helpful at all they are all lost.I called them as everyone was smoking on the pool and I couldn't breath some fresh air, but no one ever came to even talk to me. A total ignore.
No staff at the pool nor can you barely see any staff, except the poor nepalis and Sri Lankans who can't do much as they are not authorized..
The owner is more Interested in making money then paying for staff. He pay one staff to do 5 jobs. Like the lifeguard was cleaning, arranging shezlong, clearing garbage and taking care of the bar as well.
Buffets were messy
So I would never recommend this hotel to people who appreciate a comfort for the money they pay, but if that's ok then don't forget to take with you a tea spoon as well as the entire hotel don't even have that.i was left to feed my daughter with a spoon that barely fits in a mouth of an adult.
After traveling 116 countries, I think I know how a resort looks like.
