Good hotel close to the center

My wife and I stayed at the hotel during November of 2016. We picked the hotel based on the positive reviews on TripAdvisor and we were not disappointed. We picked a 'Standard Room'.
Pros: good location within walking distance (if the weather permits) of the old part of town, incl. most of the main sights. However, if you visit during the time of the year when Yaroslavl is covered by snow you may prefer to drive to the center (5 min.), where parking is free. The hotel has nice clean facilities and a friendly staff. Our room was a decent size with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower cabin (no tub).
Cons: Lousy internet connection in the room - however, when it worked it was for free. The breakfast was plentiful, but not very exciting.
Overall a very pleasant stay. Good value for money.

This hotel is not recommended. Came with SVO and husband, didn't let them in because we didn't have a convenient passport held all

This hotel is not recommended. They came with their husband and SVO, they didn't let them in because they didn't have a convenient passport withheld the entire amount of 8,500 for 10 hours. That's company policy. Though they promised to pay the money back. The girl administrators and Xenia are not competent in this regard to guests.

Правила оказания гостиничных услуг также предусматривают в обязательном порядке осуществление заселения потребителя при условии предъявления документа, удостоверяющего его личность в соответствии с законодательством Российской Федерации. Отсутствие документа, удостоверяющего личность, влечет невозможность оказание услуги гостиничного размещения (пункт 18 Правилами оказания гостиничных услуг, утвержденными постановлением Правительства Российской Федерации от 18 ноября 2020 г. N 1853).

No more going.

The hotel is new, the location is excellent, from the center 5 minutes by car. But there are downsides. Very disliked the huge French windows with one small buttress. Were in the heat, the air conditioner blows flat on the bed, whichever mode you put out,just not comfortable at all. Didn't like the lack of a microwave not just on the floor, but basically. The reception said she was gone and we couldn't warm the food. The restaurant is open until 11 p.m., and that's it. Eat cold food. The refrigerator runs at a minimum, barely cools, there is no way to change the temperature. Girls, take the hair dryer with you. What hangs in the room on the wall dries worse than the wind outside)))) I can't imagine how people with children relax here. It's all pretty much a C-minus. Very small cushions, one for each, no extra. Just for the little gnomes. To summarize, of the pros is a fresh hotel, looking very decent, location, availability of an ironing room, cooler on the floor, in the parking lot there are places even at night. In short, we'll definitely choose another hotel next time. But here there is a helipad, just everyone uses it))) Yes, lived in the building of Slobod.

Overpriced for lack of quality!

We stayed at the hotel for a day,
STANDARD ROOM COST RUR 7200!!! For this price we expected hospitality and basic comfort.
At the reception we were given a key and sent to look for our room with our things in another building somewhere behind the restaurant.
In the room:
- toilet paper in the bathroom, apparently left over from previous guests,
2 small pieces of soap and that's it!
i.e. don’t count on micro shampoo and shower gel, take everything with you. I'm not even talking about the air freshener or bathrobe.
Of course there were slippers, but!, these are the cheapest slippers that instantly tear.
- on the double bed there are 2 small, liquid, not comfortable pillows.
-for this price, the guests were not even offered a small bottle of water, not to mention a kettle, coffee...BUT they offered BREAKFAST FOR 1300 rubles. FROM THE PERSON!!! Where have you seen breakfasts for such a price!!!! Out of curiosity, we went to see what kind of breakfast there was, we were expecting caviar and champagne, but no!, the most modest buffet, no frills, all the most trivial: porridge, scrambled eggs, wilted tomatoes, cucumbers, dried out croissants, etc..., NOT APPETITE!
I won't set foot here again.

Did not like!

Good afternoon! We came with friends on New Year's holidays for one day, the room cost 12 tons, the room is small, there is no ventilation in the toilet room, toothbrushes, a couple of gels in paper bags, for that amount we expected something else, we were at the hotel the day before Union in Ivanovo, heaven and earth!
