Not great
Large 80 m2 apartment renovated without soul, cleanliness borderline (dirty carpet, suspicious marks on the handles and doors...). Not recommended in hot weather, 2 small fans were not enough and when we opened the windows we were in the street noise: restaurants, construction work, road traffic...
Unfriendly reception staff.

Deplorable customer and sales service
I am really disappointed with their customer services I paid the sum of 250€ for the 5 nights on Booking with 100% refunded formula and breakfast included. I have the wrong month with the distraction but the date is good, I lose all my money for the no show because I paid in advance to be quiet during my stay. I am told that the policy does not allow me to refund the money when I wanted to stay with them in March and I agree to pay the no-show fee. And no, I'm losing all my money when we could find a way for me to stay in March while paying extra.
My flight and activities are already paid for. The customer service of Chez Booking is also deplorable for not finding a solution. I did not receive a confirmation email for the dates and even less the conditions indicated for the no show. I am very disappointed with this accommodation for deplorable customer and sales service

Bad experience. Stay away!!
Unfortunately, a very bad experience. Complete reluctance and unwillingness to understand our situation. Give money to understanding and generous people rather than Petit Dependance.
More than a day before her arrival, my friend, who was planning to use the Petit Dependance room, learned that her friend had broken up with a boyfriend. She had nowhere to sleep, she didn't want to be left alone and my girlfriend wanted to accommodate her. Petit Dependance no longer had a double room and could not add an extra bed, so I asked them to cancel our reservation and waive the cancellation fee (over 50 EUR!) So that we could find another room for two people.
Despite the explanation of the whole situation, despite the fact that our check-in was more than 24 hours later, they simply REJECTED.
So I canceled the accommodation anyway, paid them a EUR 50 cancellation fee (for nothing) and found other accommodation.
In Bratislava you will find many accommodations run by understanding and generous people. Give money to someone who deserves it.

Nice hotel but could be better
I stayed 3 nights here.The location is excellent,just across from the President's palace.Reading previous reviews I was a bit worried about finding it.But it is very easy.Look for the cafe and the white door at the side is the entrance to the hotel reception.I arrived slightly early so couldn't check in.I found waiting till after 2 slightly annoying.I was sure the room was ready before 2.But rules are rules.The man on reception was very helpful and pleasant.My room was clean and everything worked ok.A bit of a concern is that sensors turn the lights on.It was quite hard sometimes to get into my room in the dark.Breakfast was in the café that was part of the hotel.Standard breakfast with scrambled eggs,hot dogs and baked beans.Being a cafe I expected more.But I suppose it filled you up.The staff in the café wernt very friendly.Perhaps it was a language problem.Last morning the coffee machine wasn't working properly.Most of the selections were taped over.But that morning the cappuccino bit the dust as well. would I stay here again,probably not.Good location,but could be so much better as a hotel.

Run away...
Run away!!! They have two kind of rooms, one called Petit Dependance (nice and cool) and another one called pension petit.
Having booked on petit dependence (more expensive, than the pension) they locate us on the cheap, dirty and full of moisture, claiming that the other one is fully booked (having since months a reservation) without any other alternative than just stay there, I decided to talk to booking to fix the problem. Booking, cancel the reservation and automatically the lady from the reception appears in front on my door, kicking me out... What an embarrassed experience, really don't waste your time and don't ruin your vacations!
