Central

Very good location. In the street there is noise at night but our room did not reach.
There are no staff. They give you a code to get in. They don't make the room.
It's a comfortable place but a little fair the space and the closet. Good for a weekend. Not for long stays.

Great hotel, room 23 small but still perfect, great AC and location

Our usual Alicante hotel, took too long to respond after calling then told to email for a room, did not reply until the next day so by then we had booked Nature. Pleased it was not a naturist hotel On arrival keyless check in was simple, two key cards provided, lovely modern hotel, clean and smart. Quite concerned that many times guests had the front main entrance door wide open, maybe check so it cannot stick I the open position so as to improve security
Not really any staff to meet, but the cleaners were efficient and friendly. Lift worked every time. Air conditioning in the room for August was a must and worked perfectly. Limited storage in our small room, coffee facilities with pods, but no milk or sugar provided, so hope you like it black. Small fridge just right for drinks etc. WC and shower very orange and a limited space. Safe in the room always great.
Window view was of a green wall of plants, so much better than a brick wall.

Lovely (but noisy) stay

Lovely hotel. As mentioned in other reviews there’s not reception staff, but they are very helpful on WhatsApp and the cleaners were lovely and helpful too! You need to speak Spanish with the cleaners though, but i’ve seen people using an online translator and they were absolutely fine.
Excellent location, close to the port, bus stop and short walk from the tram stop. There’s also restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
The room looked bright and spacious. The shower and loo are not very private, as they have a glass door and wall, it was fine by me as i was on my own. The shower did flood that part of the room as others have said.
There was a nespresso coffee machine, pods and cups and also bottled water in the fridge and very nice toiletries.
The only very negative thing about the hotel is the street is very noisy, one of the bars had very loud music until 1.30am.
But overall i had a great experience and would definitely go back.

Pretty modern central hotel on a pedestrian street that exceeded my expectations.

Modern hotel, central, close to everything walking, very clean, comfortable bed, WiFi is going well. It is located in an area full of restaurants, shops and nightlife. They have the detail to leave you a few capsules of nespresso coffee and 2 bottles of mineral water. It makes it easy to check on the web. You can leave your luggage before and after your stay in a locker.
At night you have to close the balcony and put the A/A by the noise of a terrace of a disco bar located below the hotel.

Strange "virtual" hotel!

Weird virtual "hotel" is probably good for the owners not to have to pay staff as there aren't any apart from a cleaner.
Location decent. Hotels I usually stay in provide at least tea and coffee, not here. A kettle and coffee machine but no drink to pour the hot water into!
Plastic carpet tiles in the room. Room 23 should be looked at as in front of the glass shower and toilet area. There is an obvious leak as the tiles are soaking. Don't go with a friend who would mind you using the loo or shower in front of them as the cubicles are glass!
It's a weird setup. Quiet, yes, but a tad odd for what they describe as a hotel
