Good step

Great welcome well air conditioned rooms like the rest of this hotel located near a commercial area and where you can park easily. The staff is touching in helpfulness and kindness. This stage chosen to avoid a night in motorhome when it is 42 outside has satisfied us. To be done again.

Don't be fooled from the outside

Don't be fooled by the exterior.. this hotel is a real gem!
A stay was not planned, but having a 22-hour journey ahead of us we decided to try to ask if there was availability.
We were greeted at 23 (!) by a very kind man who in less than 10minutes organized a room.
One of the few hotels with 24-hour check-in and check-out.
The rooms are clean, tidy, spacious.
The bathroom is a bit cramped, but clean.
I found it very nice, in the bathroom, that the glasses were not plastic but glass.
The bed very comfortable, with really quality mattresses.
We also saw that the hotel has a restaurant and that breakfast is from 7:30 to 10. But we could not try it because we left early.
The hotel is located within an industrial complex, around there are a shopping center, a Burger King and an MC Donald's, an ice cream parlor, a youth center, and a gasoline station. Two minutes from the motorway, exit A321

They gave me the worst room

I felt like the protagonist of the movie The Shining, a very long hallway with carpet. The room was a disaster, the light switch was so close to the bed that if I put the pillow in its place the light would turn on. The shower was broken, the upper part did not work and it also leaked water from the hose so there was no pressure and it was dirty, there was hair and the toilet bowl was also broken. I think they gave it to someone else before and they did not check it because next to the trash can in the bathroom there was a plastic pad and when I entered it seemed that someone had already sat on the bed. There were no plugs near the bed I had to ask for an extension cord at reception. The air conditioning didn't work either, the excuse they gave me was that I had to say OK to the Andalusian government. And they didn't change my room because it was full since it was the pilgrimage. The only good thing was that the bed was comfortable. With a minimum of maintenance these problems could have been solved.

Quiet area and close to everything.

Spacious rooms, bathroom a little small, has air conditioning, free safe, no mini fridge in the room..
It is just outside Andújar on an industrial estate, but has hypermarket and supermarkets next door.
You can tell the age of the hotel, but it is clean.
The staff attentive and very well.
The food, we went full board, well within what you pay.
From the hotel to the city center it takes 15 minutes on foot.
Ease of parking outside.
Coffee shop with outdoor terrace.
The only thing in summer, even with air conditioning, for the area it is has to be very hot.

Easter trip

Normal hotel. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds but a little old. In terms of hospitality we were not lucky, and they do not control the gluten-free issue since they put the gluten-free toast for breakfast in the same toaster as the normal bread and for lunch they only offered us grilled chicken fillet (it had been a long time). time since that didn't happen to us)
