Holiday
Meal times where insane.staff looked totally uninterested that you are there.the only contact was when you are asked if you are finished eating!There was no management of the process.kids where having things dropped on them and glasses constantly being dropped. There was never enough crockery and glasses. You know there's a problem when breakfast juice is being served in a coffee cup and later on all children where putting ice cream in the same coffee cup because there was nothing else.
Food was a bit samey but plenty of it.
No idea why the inclusive drinks are served in such a small glass as it just creates more queues.
Entertainment wasn't the best so we ended up going to Cristina apartments near by which had better Entertainment and more welcoming environment.
This might be a negative review but with a few tweaks this could be an incredible hotel. Come stay but go self catering and avoid the total mayhem of the restaurant. Its your holiday and you really don't nethe stress.

We are glad that you appreciated the comfort and welcoming atmosphere of the accommodation in block 4. Finding your stay in that area to feel more personal is truly valued. It is also encouraging to hear that you found the amount of food provided to be plentiful during your visit.
However, we are sincerely sorry that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We understand that the interactions with our staff, dining experience, and entertainment offerings may not have aligned with what you were hoping for. Our aim is always to create an environment where every guest feels included and supported, and it is disappointing to learn that you did not feel integrated during your holiday. Additionally, we regret any inconvenience you faced due to the organization at meal times and the availability of crockery and glassware. Your perspective on the atmosphere during dining and the inclusivity of our facilities is extremely important to us.
Nonetheless, your recommendation and honest feedback provide us with valuable insight, and we appreciate your suggestion regarding self-catering. We are always striving to improve, and your comments about the environment in block 4 will be shared with the team.

Pleasant vacation in Cala Millor
The room was clean and well-maintained. A strong point of the property is definitely the staff: both at the reception and at the restaurant we found very kind, helpful people who were always attentive to the customer's needs.
The pools are also very nice, as is the entertainment, which is organized very effectively. A special mention goes to Pablo, the head entertainer, who proved to be very friendly, helpful, and excellent at coordinating and organizing all the entertainment activities at the property. It was certainly very much appreciated.
As a constructive suggestion, I would revise the meal times a bit, as they are quite close to each other. In particular, breakfast starts perhaps a little too late, while lunch and especially dinner hours end a little too early. Greater flexibility in the hours would make the experience even more pleasant.
Overall, however, a property that I recommend and where we spent a pleasant stay.

È meraviglioso che abbia vissuto una vacanza così positiva nella nostra struttura.
Ci rallegra che abbia apprezzato la pulizia degli ambienti e la professionalità del nostro team, dalla reception al ristorante. Inoltre, ci fa particolarmente piacere che le attività organizzate dal nostro reparto animazione siano state tra i momenti più significativi del suo soggiorno.
Tuttavia, comprendiamo che alcuni aspetti logistici possano aver creato disagi e prenderemo in considerazione il suo suggerimento per ottimizzare i nostri servizi.
