Regarding the room, the category you booked is designed to accommodate three guests. However, we understand that space may feel limited with an extra bed in place. For guests looking for more comfort and additional space, we also offer larger room categories.
We are also sorry to hear about the Wi-Fi. Our hotel does offer complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property, and there may have been a temporary issue with the signal during your stay. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Should you experience any problems during a future visit, we encourage you to inform our reception team, who will be happy to assist and resolve the issue whenever possible.
We also regret that our buffet did not meet your expectations. Our cuisine is inspired by Mediterranean meals, where garlic is commonly used in many dishes. At the same time, we offer a wide variety of options to suit different tastes and dietary preferences, and we are sorry that we could not fully meet your needs on this occasion.
