Everything was very good.
It has paid private parking, which is quite convenient.
The staff is very pleasant.
The rooms were a good size and everything was very clean.
The breakfast buffet had limited variety but was quite acceptable, and they replenished it quickly.

Absolute disappointment after a good experience with the chain.
The only positive aspect: The hygiene of room 107 was excellent.
The unacceptable part, the bad smell: The bathroom in room 107 constantly emitted a very unpleasant odor. Dangerous facilities: The shower was broken. The head support kept slipping continuously. When trying to adjust it to take a shower, the support suddenly gave way and the showerhead hit me directly in the face. Basic maintenance and safety are lacking. They do not include conditioner, but that is the least of it compared to a defective shower.
Terrible customer service: At check-out, I paid for a postcard costing €8 with a $10 bill, and the receptionists forgot to give me my change.
Lack of communication: Upon leaving, the parking lot door would not open. I had to go back to reception to be told that I needed to press a button. Couldn’t they have explained it during check-out?
A hotel of this category cannot neglect the minimum functionality of its rooms or provide such poor service. I do not recommend it.

Very satisfied guest.
Food was good, room was very nice and the bed comfortable.
The two reception staff, Ana and Araceli, made us feel very welcome from the start.
They made the check in process easy and gave us lots of useful information about the town and places to visit etc..
They had perfect English and clearly love their work.
They are great ambassadors for the hotel.
