Watch out! Fraudulent accommodation
Fraudulent accommodation: there is no reception they promise (they give you the keys in a drawer), no tourist information, and no cafeteria. The place is in a state of total abandonment, with no wifi or heating system running. Lack of cleanliness is evident in all facilities.
They apply unannounced charges on the basis of a small letter that does not communicate, on entry and exit, they take money from your card once you have left. It is an abusive practice that is repeated, as you can see in other reviews. Hope you don't fall for this deception

I felt cheated and conned
Alert!! Alert!! I feel conned and cheated. I am a world traveler and as such the schedules depend on many factors. I move by public transport or blablacar according to the needs and moments I live.
I booked at this hotel one night because that trip came up at an X hour to get to know the city. I advised of my arrival time, I insist based on public transport, and when my reservation was verified everything was in order, so without major problem and without knowing "the surprise" that awaited me. It seems that in the small print, at the end of the mail there is a section where it says that the free reception is from 12h to 16h and that CAREFUL, here is the trap and the clear intention to enrich without taking into account the need of the travelers, says that for each hour of late arrival from 16h you will be charged an amount of € 20 to older. I arrived at 7.10pm, I could not arrive earlier considering the factors and conditions of my trip. And they charged me 65€ to seniors on top of the price that night. So I spent €119 on that hostel, a robbery and a redo of my entire budget.
I spoke to the Hostel and Booking, the latter very diligent and professional who indicated everything they could do. The lousy and uncomprehending hostel.
I’m saying this so that the same thing doesn’t happen to you and if you can choose to look for other alternatives where the people we travel are taken into account and not enrich yourself with the fine print.
With that money I would have eaten for at least a couple of days.
It was indicated, yes. I was warned after my arrival notice, it wasn't interesting. Assuming my responsibility I just want it not to happen to you and you can travel from the calm and tranquility of not feeling cheated. It never happened to me before and look that I have stayed in many places.

Watch out: Scam and unsanitary!
Leaving aside that the rooms and the accommodation itself is an absolute disaster, with a lot of dirt, a washed towel but with a huge stain that was seen to be blood and even a dead rat on the stairs the day we left, without hot water during the stay and without heating, all very deteriorated, there is something more important even: They are scamming customers with an absolutely illegal practice:
There are no staff at any time, either for check-in or check-out; the key is collected and left in a black mailbox.
After my stay, I was charged on the card two additional days that I had not reserved or authorized for checking in via WhatsApp on arrival.
We have had to report the accommodation for scamming and we will pull the strings for a health inspection because such a place should not be open to the public.
I have seen a multitude of similar cases in other reviews. Not recommended and grounds for complaint and claim, leaving aside the unsanitary place. Very careful!!!
Information for all victims of the scam: Report! There are no conditions that admit something like this, it is a scam!!

FRAUD!!!
After paying the reservation, I have finally been charged 105 € alleging a supposed surcharge for late arrival.
Most seriously, at no time was this supplement clearly indicated in the conditions of the reservation or previously reported in amount. I consider this an abusive and fraudulent practice.
I have requested explanations and the refund of the overcharged amount, but the management has been unsatisfactory.
The treatment of the staff was unfriendly and communication, practically non-existent. The rooms were not in good condition for cleaning or maintenance, which reinforced the overall poor impression.
