Spectacular
They have been some wonderful days, the owner was super attentive and aware of everything and the place looked very new. We will definitely repeat!!

Moral damages, physical harm, and a situation of helplessness suffered in the early morning
Once the reservation was confirmed and paid for two months in advance and the check-in was set for 2:00 in the morning, with confirmation from the hotel, without having any further news from the establishment since then, with everything confirmed, the establishment acted in bad faith by demanding documentation at the last minute, on the very day of the stay, with very rude manners and constant threats, I quote verbatim: “Dude, you don't get it. You haven't left any phone number and if not you are going to sleep on a bench on the boardwalk”, with no room to maneuver, because it was a work trip and I was away from my home in the month of July, made known to the hotel through booking. At 9:30 a.m., on the same day of the stay, I sent them as best I could, through my mobile phone, by email, both IDs required by the establishment, they confirm, they give me the OK, they thank me for sending the documentation and give me the access instructions by sending me a photograph so I know where to find the keys to both rooms, without having any further news from the hotel all day (everything already confirmed with access instructions), I start my long road trip, I arrive at my destination and proceed to do my 12 hours of work, until at 01:30 a.m., when I can check my mobile, I see that at 00:30 a.m. they sent me an email with rude manners leaving me stranded, in this way, they proceed to unilaterally cancel the stay at 00:30 a.m. This action left me in a situation of absolute helplessness in the middle of the night, without offering compensation or alternative rehousing.
Due to the time and the lack of availability in the area, my work assistant and I were forced to wander for more than an hour, in the early morning, having to finally stay urgently in a roadside hostel, whose conditions and facilities were notably inferior, it is the only option we found at 02:30 in the morning, everything was full or closed.
The relevant complaint will be filed for the moral damages, physical harm, and the situation of helplessness suffered in the early morning due to causes beyond my control.
