Simple hotel but very cozy with charming staff

It is a simple hotel but very cozy in the center of Gijón with a very good location for coming by train or bus and with charming and very friendly receptionists

HOTEL AVENIDA TO AVOID!!! BED BUG !!!

I caught bed bugs!!!! I find it scandalous to sleep in a hotel and catch bedbugs!!! the room was clean and that as soon as I arrived but as I arrived at 10:30 p.m. I couldn't say much... subsequently during the night I felt stings on my toes then on my ankles and finally under my knees but I absolutely did not think that it could be bed bugs unfortunately YES!!! I deeply regret that different organizations face advertising on establishments that are simply not recommendable!! HOTEL AVENIDA TO AVOID!!!!

One star hotel

I'm assuming this is the Hotel Avenida near the bus station in town. Not only is it conveniently a block from the bus station, but it is a real value for the money. I was greeted with a wonderful smile from the receptionist, who also spoke English to help with communication, and helped with directions and questions. The room was very clean, with fresh sheets, a great bathroom, wifi, and television. Worth the money!

Good basic hotel close to centre

Close to port and old town. Very convenient for bus and train station. I parked my car on the street and paid a few euros for the pleasure. plug next to bed was a bit tempramental and wifi slow. Checkin went smoothly and staff were welcoming. Would stay here again.

I just love this hotel .

I was there 5 times.
always avaliable rooms, always quiet place in the street edje and not in the center.
Very good price.
Very nice stuff.
Highly reccommended.
every time I visit gijon I go there.
Don't forget to go to CABO PENAS, amazing place.
