It has a very good location, not only the railway station but also the bus station is right there, besides being few meters from the center of the town, in the recently built intermodal station. Offers 54 well-equipped studios and apartments with television, phone, air-conditioning, bathroom AND FREE WIFI. *SUPPLEMENTS WHICH MUST BE PAID DIRECTLY AT THE HOTEL: CRADLE 10 EUR, TO USE THE KITCHEN 10 EURO/DAY (IN 2016, IT WILL BE 15 EUR/day). Traveling with Teens

Super spacious apart/hotel... at least for Europe. A bit dated but it was clean and safe. Would definitely recommend. Has a kitchenette, but we were not offered it. Not sure why. Maid service was great! No English speaking TV stations. Super close to the train station!! Great location overall. Most of the front desk staff does not speak English. Did not try breakfast.

Lots of noise

Unbearable living with the students of the football school. I'm a neighbor and the hassles are continuous. Loud music, screaming at all hours, balls constantly falling to the road... We have a family celebration nearby and have already advised our friends and family NOT to stay there. I feel sorry for those who are not guilty, but the reality is what it is.

To avoid

To avoid. The rooms were spacious, but many things were broken and repaired in odd, careless ways. Stains were visible everywhere—from the curtains to the walls and even the furniture fabric. Every curtain was torn, full of holes as if deliberately damaged. Worst of all was the terrible smell: it started in the elevator, became unbearable in the corridors, and was just as awful inside the apartment. We had to buy sprays and scented candles just to make it bearable enough to sleep. Overall, an extremely disappointing experience.

Not worth the money we payed.

The most expensive hotel on our trip but certainly also the worst.
We booked this because we are 3 adults and prefer apartmenthotels with more space and a kitchen/kitchenette. Well the kitchen was locked and the lady at the reception said it was € 15 extra for the night.
They also offer a breakfast buffet but in the morning but they seemed surprised that we had booked with breakfast... They said they had a problem in the restaurant and therefore we had to go to the cafetaria in the railway station below. All we got was a cup of coffee and 1 slice of bread with jam. "Great" breakfast buffet that was.
The apartment was spacious enough but very smelly and not very clean. One of us did not even want to use the shower because it was dirty. The beds were not very comfortable. It is a very noisy building. We could hear everything the neighbours said and did.
Would not stay here again.

Dirty and scary

It´s a pity that this hotel is so neglected because the location - on top of the AVE train station, couldn´t be better. But corridors are dark, frightening and smelly, rooms are dated, with many stains in the wall, and they lack forks, spoons and glasses. Corridors are full of ashtrays, which is unbelievable - generally speaking, this is the kind of place you feel happy to leave in one piece.
