Beautiful hotel, really special.

It has been all fantastic, the hotel is beautiful in its entirety, and our room in particular (books), all more beautiful than in the photos. Tranquility, silence, kindness... ideal for resting and very romantic. We have only slightly inconvenienced the confusing fact that we were charged for the two glasses came from dinner, not for the price, if not xq the confusion that leads to error in the menu makes them look ugly, nothing more.

Room called "Administration" totally to reform. Owner absent.

I don’t know if because we were carrying a dog or because we took the room through Weekendesk, but we were given a room that doesn’t correspond to what other guests say. Seeing the pictures is enough. From the garbage-filled courtyard to the room that fell apart. The owner, Honorio, who was not in the hotel, proposed us by phone to come back to treat us very well next time (on top! I wanted him to spend the money back there) instead of compensating us financially. Beware of the room called "Administration" confirmed that you have to renovate it, but while you continue selling it.
I guess they'll try to deny it, but it's as true as the pictures.

Wonderful.

Place in the middle of nowhere, a town with 20 inhabitants. Great attention to detail in the rooms, dining room, and service. Wonderful service.

The worst seen in the area

A horror from start to finish
First day, rats
Second day, cockroaches

Unprofessional.

Last bridge we stayed at this hotel booking 4 rooms,
The owner. very friendly, was the one who processed the reservation but then we did not see him there more than half an hour.
I have to say that the decor is very nice and clean. but it needs a lot of maintenance and renovation, the mattresses are quite amortized already and the plumbing gives bad smell in some rooms. among other things.
The worst part was the treatment received by the receptionist who unfortunately I don't think is a person with enough training and skill to deal with the client. With his attitude and high-handedness he ruins the sense of calm that the establishment conveys.
