Almost perfect hotel for vacations

I have been staying here this month of July. The facilities are very good and its location is perfect. I would like to thank Ana, the third-floor server, for her professionalism and kindness, and for the same reasons, Mateo, the restaurant server. The only negative points are the pool lounge chairs; although they announce over the loudspeakers that they cannot be reserved, people's lack of manners makes it complicated to find free lounge chairs because they are all occupied with towels and no guests, and the hotel does nothing to solve it, and this is not just from this year, as we return year after year despite this, and it is always the same. And as a second aspect, the pool bar has very little staff serving, and the cumbersome process of paying if you charge it to the room. This situation only improves if José Acevedo is behind the bar.

I have to give my thanks to the entertainment team; both the head of the mini club and the head of the entertainment team are wonderful and manage the team wonderfully, they resolve any incident, and they have been very attentive to my daughter. A wonder, grateful forever.

Great stay.

We had booked 2 weeks including breakfast. The room was spacious with a large bathroom and a nice balcony. Rich, good breakfast. The pool is very large, unfortunately only usable from 11 a.m. The beach, suitable for hours of walks with seagulls and seashells, is reachable below the promenade in a few steps. Having 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella
cost € 13 per day. Knowledge of Spanish would be an advantage for vacation contacts. There were practically only Spanish hotel guests. The only negative point was dinner (3 times) at the hotel, because the buffet food was lukewarm, not hot.

Weak hotel at gold price

I don't understand why this hotel still has a rating of 3.8.
I just came from there and the experience was weak. Feeding very little varied and repeated every day. That is, in addition to being a little variety, they still put the same every day. In the photos of the booking, you can still see cut fruit, with a great variety. The only fruit there was whole and very little, or it was canine fruit...
Small and basic room. Poor or non-existent animation
Indoor parking charged and well charged. Outdoor parking is paid. Dirty adjacent streets
There's no air conditioning in the hallways of the rooms and we catch burning, muggy heat

Ants in room

Nice resort for a nice chill experience, pool was huge and plenty sun loungers to go on. We were only here for 4 nights so went self catering hoping to maybe have some facilities to help but there was nothing not even a kettle to boil water in! There were ants in the bed and crawling all around the floor which was really unsettling for me and my friend. It is nice to see such an accessible hotel however i wish a little bit more English speaking would help for holiday goers like myself. Not much to do in the area either
