We will not return.
On the morning of Sunday, June 14, during breakfast, I found that there were no scrambled eggs, fried eggs, or any similar option. I requested something as simple as an omelet, and the response was that they could not make it and that they had no eggs. I insist: a 4-star hotel, with a kitchen, cooks, and a rate of around 170 euros per night, claiming that it cannot prepare a simple omelet.
The most outrageous thing was that, after expressing my surprise and dissatisfaction, an employee approached me later to say that they could finally make me some eggs. That is to say, first they tell me that it is impossible because they have no eggs, and minutes later, it turns out that they do have them and can prepare them. A contradiction that is difficult to understand and demonstrates an absolute lack of professionalism and customer service.
We are not talking about a special request or something off the menu. We are talking about some simple eggs in an establishment that claims to be a 4-star hotel. If they are not even capable of managing something so basic, it is legitimate to wonder what level of service they are really offering.
As if that were not enough, the air conditioning in our room barely cooled. We reported it at the front desk and they offered to change our room. However, before making the move, we checked the new room and observed that the air conditioning also did not cool properly. Ultimately, we decided not to change rooms to avoid occupying and dirtying a second room unnecessarily, since the problem was exactly the same. This leads us to think that it was not a specific malfunction of one room, but rather a more widespread issue.
After presenting our complaints at the front desk, we were informed that there was no manager available to address them at that moment.
The final impression is that of a hotel that charges 4-star prices but offers a service far below what one would expect. Between the lack of attention to such a basic request during breakfast, the contradictions from the staff, and an air conditioning system that does not fulfill its function, the experience has been clearly disappointing.
I will not stay here again and, honestly, I cannot recommend it to anyone either. There are much more modest establishments that offer infinitely better customer service and greater concern for the satisfaction of their guests.
