Brilliant

The apartment is very cozy. Another advantage, also in its favor, is that for the same price they gave us a parking space. Another very good thing is that it is very close to the leisure area so you don't have to take the bus at all. The treatment has been great and attentive at all times

TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDED

Cleanliness "TERRIBLE AND NONEXISTENT". A microwave 70% rusted, dirt in general.
Lack of maintenance, doors swollen from humidity, and windows that are broken.
The location ...cathedral 18 minutes walking....

Of the worst lodgings I've ever been to

We were at the December bridge, booked an apartment for 4 people, marriage and 2 children, cost us 460€ for 3 nights. A grassland for the quality of the apartment. We booked by Booking, the opinions of the platform do not correspond to what we found.
The apartment was dirty on arrival.
In the living room there was a nest bed, the bed underneath had dirty sheets of wine. Behind the doors, sink... there was a lot of dirt and objects from previous tenants.
The radiator in the double room didn't work, good thing it wasn't cold outside. It had 2 small terraces, which were also dirty.
The apartment smelled closed/tobacco, although smoking was prohibited.
We communicated by WhatsApp for the cleaning incidents and the sheets resolved it quickly, the cleaning of the apartment did not.
Positive that you have parking outside.
The apartment is a 20-minute walk from the center of León. The area is quiet.

Dire experience, unprofessionalism and empathy, we care little about customers, they do not help having serious problems.

Apartments rather scarce, to cook several pans, old and some casserole equally, we had to buy a pan and casserole to be able to cook, several glasses and cutlery, which we also did not touch in the same conditions. But the worst is customer service, they happen directly we had problems with the Internet not being able to checkpoint, not being able to enter the apartment, since the electronic lock to open the front door to access the apartment did not work because there was no electricity the key we were given was useless because of lack of electricity, we called several times and a message that would call us, because they did not call. was informed by whatsapp and passed Olympically of us, even telling them the problems we had and we were on the street without being able to enter the apartment, at no time helped us and also did not inform us because there was no light. Asking Fr. Municipal we learned that there was a blackout in Spain and Portugal.
We will not return, do that if!!! the day before we left, they sent us a whatsapp , to know when we were going to leave, since they had to tell the cleaning service, so we would leave when before, that is what their customers worry, we are a cash register to make money for them. Unprofessionalism and empathy.

Lástima

Los apartamentos tienen buen tamaño, están bien equipados y la localización es buena si quieres huir del ruido. Lo que falla es la limpieza. La básica se cumple (sábanas, toallas, las piezas del baño), pero hace falta una limpieza a fondo (baldosas de los baños, había telarañas en la habitación, pelusas detrás del bidé o suciedad dentro de los muebles de la cocina). Vimos sólo a una persona que se dedicaba a la limpieza (muy agradable, por cierto), así que imagino que el problema es que falta personal. También necesitan una mano de pintura y mejor mantenimiento (puertas o ventanas que no cierran). Una lástima porque si no, se llevaban el 5.
