Like at home
For 3 years we have been repeating in trip of end of year. Without a doubt, we will continue to come to the Campsite Río Purón, where the whole family lives so that each year the experience continues better

Once and never again.
I rented a bungalow for the location, since it is near the river and it is a fairly shady and cool area. Old and poorly maintained bungalows, smell of dampness, lack of cooking and serving utensils, extractor hood that vents into the kitchen itself, old mattresses of which the bunk bed ones are paper-thin; the first night my daughter had to sleep in the bed with her mother, so I had to sleep in the bunk, it's like sleeping on top of the bed frame. Blankets and comforters are not washed when users change, the cleanliness of the bungalows is quite mediocre. The next day I spoke with the campsite owner to have the mattresses changed and she invited me to leave if I wasn't comfortable; the solution for the mattresses she gave us was not to buy other mattresses, they brought us another one a little firmer which we put on top of the other one that was on the bottom bed. Good campsite for the area but facilities and staff not up to par, not all the staff, just the owner or manager who is very unpleasant and rude. The maintenance staff is very pleasant.

There are terraced plots with easement of passage to other plots, which considerably diminishes privacy (in addition to having to move the tent, once assembled, to give access to the adjacent plot). So does the fact that the campsite staff enter the plot without waving, either to pass through it, or to attract attention because the girls were telling each other a bedtime story, at twelve at night. This has never happened to me in my 30 years as a camper.
Another remarkable fact is that one night the bathrooms ran out of water (and for less time without light), so you could not pull the cistern. However, it should be noted that the bathroom cleaning staff was very nice and professional, which deserves special mention. Professionalism cannot be applied to other public service personnel. Restaurant tables cannot be reserved for Dinner Service, so it is the strange circumstance that those of us who pay ninety euros for dinner, we have to do it inside with heat, while outside occupy large tables with two beers. In addition, it is usually very full (which prevents parking the car from the terraced plots without car access and that must be left in the parking outside) and one night passed that at ten o’clock at night they had not yet turned on the lights, so it was impossible to prepare dinner on the plot, and in the restaurant the wait was 50 minutes. Plus, we got scratched in the parking lot. I'm definitely not coming back. And it's a shame because the year before I'd been there without any unpleasant incidents.

Purity, goodness, friendliness of the staff and incredible nature
The staff at this campsite is from another world, they are very top people in all aspects and the facilities are very in line with them because they have everything. But I would highlight above all the ease you have to connect with nature when staying at this campsite because you have everything nearby, so I recommend it in every way. I highly recommend this campsite and have a good adventure :)
