Well located hotel with excellent staff

From start to finish was a good experience at the Artrip. I had some questions before I arrived in Madrid and they were promptly and kindly answered by email. On my arrival, Sergio helped me out by giving me a good restaurant recommendations for the neighbourhood and he also lent me a rechargeable card for public transportation which saved me a lot of hassle at the station. The location is perfect for discovering this. It’s close to 2 Metro stations and a 10 minute walk from the massive train station called Atocha. As a person who is pretty sensitive to noise, I was happy to be at the Artrip. Of course it is located in the city and so obviously there is some noise coming from the outside. My A/C room was clean and comfortable. They provided drinking water and some black tea. I did not take breakfast at the hotel. Nuria was another delightful employee:) I will definitely return next time I’m in Madrid.

Lovely hotel

I brought my family to visit Madrid and it was great. The bed was very comfortable (something I always appreciate) and very clean. It is well located for getting around without going crazy. The staff is super friendly, they give you a hand with everything.

Perfect experience

We traveled to Madrid for only 4 days of leisure and parks. At first there were going to be 3 of us but my brother had to cancel it. From the first minute I called, Nuria was exceptional in her treatment and very professional. She helped me manage the reservation change and upon arrival the welcome was so warm and comfortable, that we felt wonderful. Also the room was ready before the official check-in time, which is always a plus. Sergio was our second assistant for everything else. Very kind and helpful. The staff transforms the experience, not just the accommodation which was everything we were looking for: simple and cozy, quiet and well-located. Without a doubt, we will return. Thanks again.

A perfect stay.

It is a beautiful place, decorated and restored with great taste. They had a very interesting exhibition on the ground floor. The family room we occupied was spacious; the bathroom was really cool. Everything was super clean... and even so, the best part is the team that manages the hotel: they are very kind and give advice on places to go. Anyway, it is not easy to turn a transit spot into a cozy place, and they manage to do it. We are already planning another visit.
Very good location if you arrive in the city by train, if you are on a cultural visit, if you want to visit a neighborhood with a lot of life...

great location

Great location and they let us get in before the check in time and after a flight that was really nice. we found everything perfect for our needs. we will glad be back someday.
