Unmatched setting

The hotel is in the upper part of Ríopar, which means it has views of the mountains from any point in the hotel. At the reception they have maps for hiking routes, furthermore, the staff is very attentive and friendly, we asked them about the routes and they advised us very well according to our needs.
To have breakfast you can go out to the terrace in front of the entrance while you quietly watch the mountain.
The spa is quite complete, and one of the walls is glass from where you can see the mountains from the pool. Without a doubt, you arrive to relax and disconnect easily. And they have a solarium for sunbathing.
Ideal for disconnecting and going on hikes in the mountains.

Not meeting the cancellation deadline

Fatal management. We had to change dates and then cancel for medical reasons, but they dragged the whole process out to such an extent that they told us it was out of date and they haven’t returned anything. THEY DO NOT MEET THE CANCELLATION DEADLINES.

Recommended to disconnect

Perfect place to disconnect a few days and make excursions, we liked for the tranquility that had and how well connected it is if you want tranquility. The village is small but very nice

Imposition of breakfast buffet

Very nice and comfortable hotel, quiet and beautiful. The staff (a bit small in number), friendly and correct. What we didn't like was the lack of alternative to the breakfast buffet: €8.50/person and nothing from the other Thursday, with no option to just have a coffee and bun/toast at normal price. The explanation was that there was no service in the cafeteria during buffet hours due to lack of staff--although the coffees were prepared there. Solution? Go down to the town for breakfast... Thank goodness they refunded the amount already charged in advance.

Quiet and comfortable

Located in a quiet place without noise, which allows for a good rest. The beds, without great pretensions, are comfortable and apart from the pillow that is placed on them in the closet, there are different ones so you can use the one that is most comfortable for you. There are no problems parking in the area or at the hotel itself and on the other hand its location allows you to visit the most interesting places in the area without having to make long trips.
