Birthday breakfast with the family!
Celebrating a birthday breakfast with the family at your hotel was one of the most beautiful experiences we have ever had.
On the morning of the birthday, the breakfast area was lovingly and festively decorated. The fresh flowers and carefully arranged plates and cups created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. ️ Each place was decorated with small gifts or handwritten cards that contained loving messages.
Breakfast itself was a real feast! There was a selection of freshly baked bread, croissants and rolls, accompanied by a variety of spreads such as jam, honey and nut nougat cream. For the savory palate, there was cheese, sausage and even scrambled eggs and omelette. The fresh fruit salad and juices provided the necessary freshness and vitamins.
Especially nice was the toast together with freshly squeezed orange juice or a cup of coffee. ☕ During the meal, stories were told, memories were shared and of course birthday songs were sung. The children were particularly excited and created a cheerful mood with their energy and joy.
After breakfast it was time for the presents. ✨ The bright eyes and grateful hugs made this moment very special. It was a moment that showed how important family is and how much you are valued. ❤️
A birthday breakfast at your hotel was not only a delicious meal, but also an expression of love, cohesion and joy. It was an experience that showed us how precious the moments together are.

Horrible
I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this establishment. While the facilities/food were acceptable, the behavior of some staff members was completely unacceptable.
From the moment I arrived, I felt that I was treated differently because of my ethnic background. The staff appeared unfriendly, dismissive, and noticeably more welcoming toward other guests. Simple requests were ignored or handled with an attitude that made me feel unwelcome.
What should have been a pleasant visit turned into an uncomfortable experience due to what I perceived as discriminatory and racist behavior. In today’s world, every guest deserves to be treated with respect and professionalism, regardless of their race, nationality, or appearance.
Unfortunately, because of this experience, I cannot recommend this place and will not be returning.

Unfortunately not a good experience
Unfortunately, we cannot report a good impression here.
We had booked a room by email for one night from Friday to Saturday. It was agreed that we would get back to Santanyi around 10 p.m. after arriving at the airport. The email said we should definitely call 30 minutes before arrival at the location to find out the number for a key box. During the journey we dialled the number indicated. No connection. Arrived at the site, retrying calling from our two cell phones. Phone off. We were standing in front of the locked door. No sign. No message. Then we sent texts from 2 numbers. No response. Then I sent emails to 2 email addresses where we made the booking. We also wrote a message on Facebook and Instagram. Nothing. Meanwhile it was 11.30pm. The operator of the bar next door was so friendly and dialed the owner's private number. Nothing either.
Now, around midnight in the off-season, try to find a hotel room somewhere you've never been. The bar owner didn't seem very hopeful either.
I'll spare you the report of another hour of egg dancing.
We finally found something in Cala D'or.
I expected to receive some reaction from the hotel operators the next morning. They finally knew we were coming and they had received several calls in absentia, emails and other messages. Just mentioned again, we had booked.
I haven't received a message.
The next day we walked by there and I asked the operator what was going on.
The gentleman said he had telephone problems. That's all. When I asked him that he knew we were coming and that he had received emails, he said again only that he had had telephone problems.
???
If I know guests are coming and my phone is broken, I leave a note, send an email, let the neighbor know or wait for the guests in person.
When I see all the calls and messages the next morning, I get back to people right away.
He just didn't seem to care. All of it. That a booking went through his throats, that he didn't keep an agreement, that he gave people a stupid time, that it's not a good nursery to not get back to me. Just everything.
That's a pretty bad style. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend him here.

Grey Curly Haired manager very poor
Being English we were not received very well. Anyway ordered 2 coffees and 2 croissants. Ok but when we wanted to pay it was cash only under €30. Bill showed €9.80 as I never carry ever. The grey Curley man said I need to go and get cash from machines in the square. My wife came back gave me €10 note and I went into pay. The same bill was now€15.80 which had been added. Argued the cost but they said each croissant was €4.90. What a joke. Very poor attitude when I said that they need to have clear signs saying cash only. Everything is cash with hand written receipts. Interesting

Racists owners, do not stay!
Do not go! Do not stay! The manager or owner with grey curly hair was the rudest and more arrogant man I’ve ever met. He squared up to my wife in front of me all because we were not German. I would suggest you think very carefully about booking to stay here, eat here or drink here.
Rudest staff I have ever come across in my life.
Not only that, the place was actually dirty and we saw one staff member wipe their nose and then hand a customer a drink. Terrible establishment and needs closing down.
Owner with grey curly hair really should try brushing his teeth as well as his breath stunk.
