Good hotel and great restaurant

The hotel has the basics for a stay and to start the Camino de Sarria. I recommend the restaurant in the hotel. The food is spectacular!!!! The squid is something else.

A Hidden Gem in Sarria – Great Food & Even Better Hospitality

This place was such a pleasant surprise. The atmosphere is cozy and calm — perfect for winding down after a long day. Service was outstanding, especially from Omar, who took the time to explain each dish with care and friendliness.
Main dishes were beautifully plated and full of flavor. Portions are generous, and everything was cooked perfectly. A great choice whether you’re a local or walking the Camino and need a solid, satisfying meal.
The desserts absolutely stole the show. The lemon pie had a delicious crumble base and a smooth, tangy filling — one of the best I’ve had in a long time
Location is also a plus — just a few minutes from the town center, easy to reach on foot. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Experience ruined by details.

It is often small details that can ruin a customer’s experience, as was our case.
We rented an apartment for four people, with two bathrooms, for one night. We were late because we went to a relative's funeral, and we left early the next day. We just needed a place to sleep and get clean.
Well, neither bathroom had soap in any of the four dispensers (sinks and bathtubs). In two of them there were only a few drops left, enough to wash hands once only one person, but it was impossible for us to shower.
A real shame, because the apartment was large, spacious and clean. But something as basic as soap can't be what ruins a stay.
The solution of the property was simply "we will fix it with our cleaning staff", and apologize, which is to be appreciated, but obviously did not solve the problem.

La verdad aunque la disculpa va un poco tarde, no estuvimos a la altura . Ese no es el camino que queremos seguir. Llevamos desde 2010 funcionando y hemos crecido muchisimo haciendo las cosas bien y esta vez no dimos la solucion adecuada

They made me overpay.

At the bar, I had to pay €2.50 into the machine, I put three euros in it, and the lady who was there, told me that more money was missing, I had to put another euro in it losing the one that I had already put in later.

Buenas tardes
No dudamos de su opinion pero la maquina de cobro lleva mas de 10 años en el establecimiento y nunca ha fallado, de hecho es la unica reseña de ese tipo que tenemos, puede que usted se euivocara con las monedas introducidas
Si no se introduce suficiente dinero la maquina queda bloqueada y no se pueden hacer mas operaciones, logicamente la camarera no va poner el dinero

Check the Booking

I thought my Camino company was booking me into this hotel. However, I was booked into the apartments that are owned by this property. While the apartments are close to the bus station, they are somewhat lacking in charm. I did enjoy the breakfast that was served at the hotel the morning before I started my Camino journey
