Everything was fine except for the pool.
Overall perfect, very family-friendly atmosphere, pleasant, clean bungalow. The pool is nice and has slides, it is small for so many people, as is the space for lounge chairs and towels, practically impossible to lie down to sunbathe, swimming is impossible, just walking in the water among a lot of people.

Disappointing vacation
This campsite ️ advertised as 4 stars is only a 3-star. The tent ⛺ was pleasant, but the cleaning was very superficial. Moreover, the air conditioner's filters were filled with dust. In short, I stayed for 6 nights and saw how the cleaning was done. Three young men were more occupied with scrolling than cleaning. 10 minutes top chrono to change 4 beds and clean... no washing with water... just sweeping...
Moreover, the trash, etc... only the "older" staff did the job... and yes.
I made a complaint that went unanswered... I will do so on the official GenCat site.

A great experience. Strong recommendation.
I stayed at a Bungalow for 4 people. It was a very pleasant experience. The bungalow has all that you could expect from a bungalow, and it was very clean. The camping was peaceful, with a great atmosphere, with no noise (at least, in our bungalow, which was not close to the road), and allowed a great contact with the nature, which was rather well preserved. It was conveniently located near Sitges. All the staff provided an excellent, friendly and understanding service. It was good value for money, and if I ever return to Sitges it will be a place to seriously consider.

Dissatisfied
Hello. Very dissatisfied with bungalow F4. There were not enough kitchen utensils. I had to ask for some sad scissors, a small pot, a small knife, etc., etc. There was no skimmer or pasta strainer. Last year we were in a 4-person bungalow and it was better equipped than the 5-person one. The bathroom door did not close well. The one from last year had a small room for cleaning supplies and this year's had everything inside the bathroom. The shower screen was also coming off one side of the track. Etc etc etc. And what about having to return the key before 12:00 and not being able to stay for the day? It seems like a rip-off to me because you don't give the accommodation to anyone until 4:00. Very dissatisfied, honestly. For what was paid, €3300.

Badly
Very poor management/organization in general.
The pool is overcrowded and poorly sized for all the people there.
The restaurant and the park in front are good for the kids.
The main problem was the management at the front desk. We arrived around 5:00 PM and they assigned us a tiny house that wasn't ready. Complaint. They tell me there are no other tiny houses available and that we should wait for the cleaning crew to arrive. Practically an hour later they still hadn't come. We were still waiting at the door of the tiny house (pregnant, in the heat, and with a small child). I go back to the front desk to complain and they tell me they have already notified housekeeping and that they have already been there (I call my husband again who is waiting there at the
tiny house and he tells me that no one has come by) I am left with the feeling that they are pulling my leg. At this point, the neighbors of the tiny house arrive, who have just checked in (at least half an hour later than us), and their tiny house is indeed clean and made up. I really do not know how one can treat customers so poorly, and not just customers, but people; first by lying that they did not have other clean tiny houses available, and then by lying again that the cleaning team had already been there... it seems like an incredible lack of humanity, empathy, and mistreatment to me. After fighting and demanding that another manager come, they denied me on several occasions, saying there was no manager; how can there not be a superior manager at a campsite of such magnitude? Finally, they move me to another tiny house that was already clean. So there were others available! They could have solved the problem the first time with an apology and had decent and kind treatment, and instead, they just made us have a bad time. I do not understand it. It seems to me that working with such a lack of humanity is inconceivable. I do not recommend it and we will never return.
