If I come to Valencia again, I will choose this hotel again.

I really liked the hotel. The rooms are clean. The food (breakfast and dinner) is fresh, delicious, and varied. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Great location, close to the metro, buses, and the Nuevo Centro shopping center. All the city's sights are easily and quickly reached on foot. I recommend it.

Great breakfast, Friendly staff, located right next to a big shopping mall with many restaurants and fast food places. Close to the center but not that close for a walking distance. Rooms are spacious and comfortable but no fridge. Good stay overall.

City trip to Valencia - June 2026

We had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring the surroundings.
Next to it is a bus station, in case one wants to travel to Alicante or Gandia, Denia, etc.
The windows were well insulated, and it was pleasantly quiet at night.
The breakfast was exceptionally good and left nothing to be desired, with freshly squeezed orange juice and Prosecco daily, eggs, ham, various cheese platters, cakes, smoothies, etc.
The staff was always friendly, attentive, and helpful.
An air conditioning unit was available and worked perfectly.
The only small downside was that there was no refrigerator in the room.
We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.

Good hotel, shame about the rudeness at check-out.

A good hotel in a strategic location just outside the historic center. Spacious, clean rooms. It is a shame about the rudeness and bad manners of one of the three staff members at reception—a dark-haired young man with short hair. At check-out, I asked if I could leave my small suitcase in storage until after lunch, as my return flight was in the early afternoon and I wanted to take one last walk around Valencia. The young man said it was no problem, so I left the suitcase and took the receipt. Just as I was about to leave, he told me I had to take the suitcase into a small storage room myself. He walked me there, opened the door, and—smiling at me—waited for me to put the suitcase on the shelf inside. In all my years of traveling, I had never experienced anything like this, especially at a 4-star hotel... But the most ridiculous part happened when I returned in the early afternoon. I came back to the hotel and encountered the same young man. I asked to get my suitcase back, showing him the receipt... His reply was, "Just a moment; I'm going to help the gentleman after you first..." The other young woman at reception, clearly embarrassed, stepped in to open the storage room door so I could retrieve my suitcase myself. Just before leaving, I told her to let her colleague know that he had been extremely rude and disrespectful, and that he needs to remember he is dealing with customers!

How have they got the audacity to call this a four star hotel

No fridge in room, only Spanish TV.
Tea making Facilities not toped up. Only one 500ml bottle of water the whole stay.
Restaurant pathetic :- Cold plates. All food apart for the soup was cold to lukewarm, Take a look at the photo of me holding the paella dish with my bear hands only warm to the touch. Some not cooked some overcooked, and the choice was inferior to other hotels we have stayed at.
Yes I did complain several times the only thing that was done they took the paella away to warn it up.
This is supposed to be a four star hotel at best I would give it a 3* -
Would I stay here or recommend this hotel to family or friends DEFINITELY NOT.
