Great hotel.

A beautiful hotel on the edge of the old town, so well looked after.
We stayed for 3 nights in a room with a terrace overlooking the beautiful gardens and old town.
The room was very nice, functional, cleaned daily and with good air conditioning.
Breakfast was excellent and taken in the onsite restaurant or outside in the beautiful gardens.

SEEING IS BELIEVING

Hello, my experience with this hotel over the 2 years that I have stopped to spend a night has been good, and I made the reservation through Booking. But last year the man at the hotel advised me to call them directly, and so I did; damn the hour.
On top of it costing me more than on Booking, when I made the reservation they asked for my email, and about 3 weeks later I called again to make sure everything was fine. The girl told me yes, that I should be calm, everything was okay. But on July 30th they called me and asked what time I was going to arrive, saying I had a reservation for the night of July 30-31, and that wasn't the case; my reservation was for August 1-2.
And that's not all, she tells me they are fully booked and that's it, she doesn't give me any options, just that they are sorry and that's it.
What a lack of shame, the management is terrible.
In a hotel, they have to have a person in charge of taking reservations, not the waiter, or the cook, or whoever they catch.
In the end, I found a hotel elsewhere on my own, so I'm warning you.
I certainly won't be coming back.

Quiet and comfortable hotel

Very proper and comfortable hotel.
The cleanliness of the room could be much better (the only thing I didn't like). And Ms. Tamara (Reception) a 10. She is kindness personified. We will return without a doubt.

Fabulous small hotel built into the town walls many of the features must be original.the staff m as described us feel welcome from the moment we arrived till the moment we left .for us two oldies it was home from home . We had dinner and breakfast both excellent and the dinner was very reasonable price wise ,and nobody was rushed through their meals as is now a common trait. .
