Excellent

We stayed here for two nights, we were on our honeymoon and the lady surprised us by decorating our bed. The lady is really very kind and with a contagious smile, breakfast is served on the patio of the room and is very good. The location is close to the center and very convenient to reach on foot. Large and spacious room with everything you need. Beautiful view from the terrace.

Just good

The b&b is a 5-10 minute walk from the busy and lively centre of Ella. The last bit to the b&b is very steep and is quite a climb, even for the tuktuk that can only handle the climb in 1st gear. We are very kindly received by the lady and provided with all the necessary information. We have a room on the top floor (with large terrace) with nice views over the surrounding nature. The room is just new, spacious and tastefully decorated. It is also equipped with a nice wide bed and lovely shower. There are still a few things missing in the room, such as something to put the suitcases on, a few hooks to hang your coat on and a chair, but I informed the host about this and he was happy with this info.
The room does not have air conditioning, but that was not disturbing at the time of our visit.
After check-in nothing will be done with the room (unfortunately). We stayed 3 nights and if you need something (eg towels or toilet paper) then you have to ask for it.
You can make the bed yourself.
Despite the fact that the b & b is very quiet it may be that you suffer from barking dogs, we have experienced this as disturbing for 1 night.
Breakfast is served in the morning on your terrace and is tasty and extensive.
The room also includes a mini fridge and kettle, with coffee and tea.
The wifi functioned well.
We had a nice stay here with lovely people.

Very kind hosts

The accommodation in the apartment was excellent. Especially the service was excellent - the hosts prepared a very good breakfast, offered a tour to Ella Rock and helped us with numerous questions and planning for our further trip. I am happy to recommend the overnight stay there!

Amazing place and family

We have just enjoyed 3 nights here in this beautiful place with this lovely family. The location is excellent in terms of the rock , Adams peak and town . ‘Shamalhi’ ( son of owner ) has amazing energy and knowledge and will give advice and help when needed . The breakfast was lovely and the rooms clean and comfortable . This has been a pleasure and the family so helpful . We would highly recommend and would come again . It has made Ella s an even more special place to remember. Thank you
