I had a spacious room with a bathrobe and slippers and great views of the harbour.
The breakfast had a wide selection of food options.
The hotel is just a short walk from the main train station.

Be aware, this is purpose build business hotel - trying to market themselves as a family hotel during low business season.
Booked two rooms for 5 people (2 adults, and 3 large kids aged, 10,11 and 16) for two nights
Only after confirmed booking, we were informed that both rooms only contained one kingsize bed with one duvet.
And that the hotel allowed ‘kids’ to sleep in that bed up to the age of 12, thereby ‘making’ each hotel room a 3 person room.
After checking in, and realising this - we asked the hotel for 2 extra duvets, which was declined in a harsh manor.
Realising we couldn’t stay there as a family, we checked out 1 hour later - and had to end our vacation, two days earlier.
The hotel refused to refund, even after documenting that this vital piece of information (bending the term ‘family room’) was missing from the ad.
Had know about this way manipulation I would never have booked that hotel.
Complete hoax - recommend you stay away.

Breakfast experience

Spacious and fresh rooms and very nice staff at the reception. Unfortunately, our breakfast experience was not as good. Didn't refill with porcelain or food, had to be reminded all the time. Unpleasant staff who got irritated. I burned myself on the plates and the butter and toppings melted. Bacon that was jet black, not a little on the edges but jet black bacon. How can one serve it? How can a chef with a little professional pride present it for serving? Fruit that wasn't ripe, rock-hard pineapple! Really bad, redo it and do it right

Okay but unpersonal

We had a stopover and it was fine but rather cool and unpersonal. Breakfast on top floor was good and with a large choice. Room would need a makeover.

Selected the hotel as it is "managed by Hyatt"... but afterwords I would say not managed at all. Non working refrigerator, black mold in shower as it was not cleaned properly. Limited breakfast selection. I had really high hopes when booking but after staying 1 might I will never go back, worse than an old Eurostop room.
