Cosy stay, lovely food and good beds!

It is always as cozy to stay here! It is a safety and a pleasure to bring a dog as they welcome our labrador as well as they welcome us! He gets a dog bed, food bowl and candy in the room!
In addition there are good rooms and beds, nice staff who help with everything a wonder over and a small but comfortable spa where one can relax and get treatment if one wants it.
After all, we must highlight Simon in the bar who always offers new knowledge in the field of gin, rum or other types of alcohol and who we only hope to stay and spread his knowledge, attitude and hospitality!
The food is also to highlight as absolutely lovely! And I must mention at the same time that all staff are great and always equally helpful!
We're coming back!

Poor customer treatment

All right room. Was by the restaurant to reserve table for dinner, outdoor restaurant with entertainment. Get notified we didn't need to reserve. When we came back to eat we were told it was full. Strange customer treatment. We went to Mora to stay at that hotel and eat in the restaurant. So we had to go eat at another restaurant. I paid almost 2,700 for one night. The breakfast was also bad.

Good location

Hotel with a good location near the city center and the promenade. The hotel is quite old and in need of renovation, especially the rooms. The beds are not of the best quality and the rooms do not have AC. Quite small rooms. The breakfast is really good.

Unprofessional staff

Great location, comfortable room, excellent food, lovely spa and one of the best massages I've ever had! But, the staff......ignorant, unfriendly, unprofessional! To a point it was almost funny.

Our flight was delayed and there was also heavy snow which meant we would arrive much later than anticipated.
The staff were lovely and very understanding - cancelling our restaurant booking and sending details on how we could check in if we arrived very late.
Convenient electric car charging straight across the road.
The only thing we didn’t manage to sort out was access to the WiFi but that wasn’t an issue for us as we were there such a short time.
Be aware - there is parking on site but there is an additional charge for this paid for using the QR code in the Reception area.
