This is a perfect location to explore Bern; just outside the city limits but exactly on a train and bus route, meaning that to get into town is a very simple process. The beds were comfortable and were exactly what we needed for a night stayover.

Rooms are the size of box. You cannot fit more than two suitcases and open them . Staff was very unfriendly - trying to make money and quote strange Swiss rules to make money.

Great location
We stayed one night at the grand prix in Bern. For this great event the location is a bit complicated to get there because of the closed roads but the very kind police advised us on alternative routes. In the absence of this event no problem arrive. Good breakfast, simple and clean room. Friendly staff. Average price. Paid parking available
Well connected by public transport also for those who want to arrive by train, tram and bus stop right in front

Good hotel near the city center
3 hotels in one, the ibis is well restored, functional rooms, good bedding, new bathroom. Good buffet pdj, local products. Only downside the Air Conditioner that it has not been changed. Practical 10 minutes by tram from the city center. If you stay in hotel, you have free transport with a special card.
